“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”

“We rented this home for a small corporate offsite and were thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The home is spectacular, both inside and outside. We truly felt we were tucked away in a private villa. We cooked all our meals during our stay, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials we needed. Beds were comfortable and the location was exactly what we were looking for. I will use again for our next trip to PA. ”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees. ”
