“Great location, easy to walk from the domestic airport. The hotel took 100AUD deposit but forgot to put it back in our account however, after a quick email they apologised and we got our funds returned. Would still stay here again. ”

“We stayed one night to catch a flight the next morning. Our room was clean and while a bit small, it had everything we needed. Bed was alright for me but my hubby, who's a big guy, could feel the bed springs, so just something to keep in mind if you're a bigger person. There's free laundry on site which was very handy. Front desk staff was friendly. Airport shuttle booking went smoothly. Overall, good stay!”

“Not in the prettiest area of Brisbane, but so close to its airport it is an excellent option when taking an early flight, so it was the second time I booked it for this reason + the parking + the modern decoration + the same nice and helpful girl at the reception! In addition to the Kingsford's there are also a couple of good breakfast restaurants a block away, which I couldn't go to this time. The nearby gas station to fill the tank of a rental car is also a welcome addition...”

“This was a lovely place to stay, the room was nice and we had a balcony. The view of the city was beautiful. The staff were friendly and they offered complimentary coffee ☕️ Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.”

“Staff absolutely wonderful and kept the room clean and tidy. The room we had was a bit tired but we understand there is a refurbishment programme happening so next time we stay the room will be bright and fresh. The bar/bistro was nice and friendly, typical Aussie style, but the menu a bit limited. Set in an industrial area but central for us and cost effective. Would stay again. ”

“Do not stay at this Hotel. I had to fly urgently for family matters, from Barcelona, so a long haul flight in an aerial sardine can, the reviews for the View were good and the location was convenient. I got room 205 which was pleasantly located on top of the highway, just metres from roaring trucks and ambulances. There was no double or triple glazing so it felt like I was sleeping by traffic lights (the fact was sleep was impossible). The room should have been used as a storeroom, but yet, $180...

“Communication between staff was not good and made organising access to our room difficult. 1 said we could possibly get access at 11 then next not until 3pm. We would have paid for access. More powerpoints in the room are needed, especially near the bed for medical devices.”

“We booked this property for our last night in Brisbane since the roads near our hotel were blocked off for a bicycle race. It worked for our need, but I wouldn’t stay there longer. It was far from town and had minimal front desk staff.”
