“大浴場が非常に広い上に、貸切まであり温泉施設は大満足。また、全館畳敷なため、リラックス感大。また、ドリンクや夜泣き蕎麦などの無料提供サービスも他にあまりないサービスであり、大満足。ただ、苦言はウェルカムサービスのビール。ぬるい上にコップも小さく、スタッフ対応もおざなりで飲んだら直ぐに帰れ感満載。ビール提供を標榜するなら中途半端に義務感満載でスタッフが提供するより無人でサーバ提供した方がいいと思う。もし出来なく、このままの状態で提供するならウェルカムサービスのビール提供はやめるべき。正直言ってウェルカムなのに気分が悪かった。”

“The style of the hotel is a traditional one but with a modern view and we really love it! Room service and food were amazing too, everyone in the staff were very friendly and helpful and knew English very good. They gave us recommendations about restaurants and how to get to different parts of Kyoto and Uji. Definitely recommend them! ”

“We had such a wonderful time in Kyoto and at Hatsune. Kevin (the owner) was very nice and helpful with any questions and recommendations for our stay. The room was lovely and had all the amenities that you need. We will definitely come back, we highly recommend it! ”

“We stayed during blossom season and this hotel was in an excellent location (near Kyoto station and bus stops). They had a great selection of toiletries and skin care and an easy check-in process assisted by attentive staff. The room was very modern and large for the price and there was a rack to hang clothes too. Would stay again! ”
