“We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared. Eventually, someone (not a receptionist) came out and, after some confusion and wandering around, managed to locate the keys so...
“I enjoyed my stay here. The room wasn’t fancy but it was clean and quiet and it nicely served my needs. My only complaint is the fact that there was no chair in the room. I don’t think this is too much to expect from a hotel. I am not a fan of sitting on the bed but really you aren’t left with much of a choice. But as long as this hotel continues with their reasonable rates (they really were a much fairer price than most properties), I’ll stay here again.”
“Check in was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We went early because we had to leave our rental house. We just wanted to see if we could get our beach badges and the woman told us if the room was ready we could check in and get in the room. It was ready so we checked in at about 11 a.m. instead of 3.
