We gathered to celebrate a family Thanksgiving and while the rooms/ bedrooms suited us there were many issues almost everyday during our stay that required contacting the property manager. These issues included a dirty/ stained couch , rusted outdoor gas grill, low water pressure, and issues with the refrig water filter and kitchen sink. And overall the house needed a deep clean. We had to mop the kitchen floor among other cleaning issues.

This historic home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard and the hot tub. It felt very private. We also loved the parking available with the large driveway. While there my family was very curious about the actual history on the house. We will definitely rent again…thank you!

Southern Pines VRBO

Few of my college buddies and myself came down here to celebrate one of our friends getting married. We spent the weekend playing golf and just hanging out. The whole experience from beginning to end from the VRBO standpoint was nothing short of exceptional. The house was clean and in top shape. The property manager responded quickly with any questions we might had. An overall great weekend and definitely will be using VRBO again in the future!

Historic home at a perfect location

The owners of this property did a great job of making upgrades to the historic structure close to all we needed and making it more useable in this day and age..We came for our daughter's baby shower. It served as a great place to meet. It had everything we needed to serve our needs. Highly recommend it for others.

Enjoyed our stay and visit to Southern Pines

The house was perfect with the yard for our dog. He loved seeing birds and squirrels and the neighbors dogs. The house needed a heavier cleaning but I know it is pollen season. We would go again when we visit our relatives in the future.

Loving Southern Pines

We had the best stay at this property! There were 8 of us and our dog. Everything about this place was great. Close to great restaurants, Reds Corner, the Barcade and stores. We were comfortable, plenty of room! Even the dog loved the yard space. The property manager was extremely responsive when we had to contact him and even went the extra mile for us!!

Fantastic Home and Location

The home was beautiful with plenty of parking for all guests and the rooms were as presented on VRBO. All was clean and presentable. The home was within walking distance to downtown Southern Pines as well as other closer restaurants/pubs. We were a group of couples looking for a golf getaway weekend, so the location was perfect! Would recommend this property and book again for our next stay!

Wonderful

Amazing property. We had a multi (4) generational group. Everything was great. Kitchen was perfect for the few times we did cook. We liked the Sky Fox Pub and the food truck park within a 5 minute walk. Easy off street parking for 4 vehicles. The home was great and comfortable. Hope to return with friends to golf for a bit.

Wedding Trip

Our nephew's wedding created the opportunity for family members to attend and have a reunion. We needed a home that slept 7. The house was perfect. Great size, nice kitchen that was fully equipped, laundry room with supplies and a back yard with covered porch. Only small glitch was a slow drain in one of the bedrooms.

Beautiful Home

Our family came for a special event and the house was just perfect. Everyone had their own space and we never felt crowded. It is walking distance to downtown, delicious eateries and the children’s park. The backyard is perfect for unwinding and hanging out. The owner is super responsive and helpful. Family Golf Vacation

Home very much as advertised. Home is in a great location - very close to historic downtown Southern Pines. Everything nearby. Pinehurst golf courses and Mid-Pines, Pine Needles and Southern Pines all within 5 minutes. Super nice to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms for a family and additional rooms in the house to spread out if needed. Nice fenced-in courtyard in the back of the house for a family pet. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/laundry were well equipped. Home property manager was very quick to respond to some basic questions and assist us on our vacation.

Southern Pines beauty

Lovely and comfortable home in the beautiful setting of Southern Pines. Perfect setup for a family with children. We had three generations with us for four days. Large fenced yard for kids to run and play. We brought board games and balls for outside play. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Home is on a road with occasional traffic noise. A lot of attention paid to guests’ comfort. Well equipped home.

Such a pleasure to stay at this home, even if it was just for one night. I appreciate how quickly the owner responded to questions. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the house was located so close to everything we needed and wanted to do. We will definitely be back!

This house was a great place to host a getaway for 4 couples before Christmas for shopping and fellowship. Plenty of space to spread out, and convenient to all the great places in Southern Pines.

Perfect Long Weekend

My family and I loved staying at this property. House was in pristine condition upon arrival. We loved how charming and well kept the house was. Our two year old son enjoyed spending time outside in the yard. An easy drive/nice walk to shops, restaurants and playground in downtown Southern Pines. Wish we could have stayed longer!
