This home is intended for peaceful stays by registered overnight guests only and is not available for events or gatherings.

Located just minutes from some of the Bourbon Trail’s most celebrated distilleries — including Four Roses, Wild Turkey, Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace, Castle & Key, and Whiskey Thief — the home also offers easy access to Keeneland Race Course and is within an hour of Churchill Downs.



You will have access to the entire house and yard, with the exception of the garages and one closet on the main floor which are used for owner storage at this time.



Your stay is entirely private, we live offsite but are always available if you have any questions or issues. Please reach out through messages and we will respond to you as soon as possible.



Southern Winds Manor is designed for those seeking an upscale, relaxing getaway in the heart of Kentucky’s Bluegrass region — whether you’re exploring bourbon country, attending nearby equestrian events, or simply unwinding in a peaceful rural setting.



Important Notes

-The property is intended for registered overnight guests only.

-Events, parties, weddings, or group gatherings of unregistered guests are not permitted.

-Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests.

-Exterior security cameras are in use at the front door, garage exterior, and backyard for safety and property protection. The backyard camera does not monitor the patio or hot tub area. No cameras are located inside the home.

-The property is surrounded by active horse pastures, some enclosed with electric fencing. Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
