"We stayed at Hyatt House to celebrate a birthday and had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating from start to finish. They upgraded our room as a courtesy, which was a really nice surprise, and had wine set out along with a birthday card for him when we arrived. Everyone we interacted with was awesome, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. I especially want to thank Sergio and Damian for being so kind. One thing that really stood out was that I had originally requested a specific bottle of wine and was told over the phone it wasn’t sold by the bottle. I ended up choosing a different option, but when we got there the original bottle I wanted was there! It was a small detail but I definitely noticed :) I think we found our go to spot whenever we need accommodations in Austin. "

"En general el personal es muy amable, aunque en el hotel decía que el cambio de toallas era con previo aviso, me hicieron limpieza de habitación sin necesidad de solicitarlo. "

"Un lugar muy acogedor. Desde que llegas sabes que será una experiencia inolvidable. La recepcionista a pesar de que no hablaba español hizo todo lo posible por atendernos y eso le doy 5 estrellas porque viejamos desde Oklahoma y fue un recibimiento muy cálido y tuvimos inconvenientes con la habitación y ella nos resolvió. Además hay muchos lugares para que salgas a divertirte también ella nos guió muy buen lugar definitivamente tienes que probarlo!!! 💯"
