“Check in is supposed to be 2pm…one receptionist and about 10 people waiting to check in - took about 50 mins before we got into our room. Need more reception staff during busy check in times. The room was nice and clean, the balcony was nice but the surrounding area feels unsafe. We seen a restaurant employees moped get smashed to the ground in a drive by attack at 1am, a group of teenagers with balaclavas tried to storm the dan Murphy’s below…be careful at night it’s not a safe area.”

“Central location to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Easy walk to North Williamstown train station. Apartment was clean and modern and good communication from staff. Highly recommend and would stay here again. ”

However, at check‑in we were given a Queen room and told the only available King room had a faulty AC, which wasn’t suitable in the summer heat.
