“We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service. 1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath. Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…! “It was amazing. Nicest and most helpful personal I have ever met and I travel a lot for work. The room with the view Road the harbor was just fabulous. The smoothies where delicious and fantastic to cool down on the pool terrace. Amazing selection at the breakfast, they split it in 2 areas. I recommend also asking the Bell Boys for the ATV adventure (Family or single), bring sunglasses and extra clothing. Best stay I have ever had at an Hotel. Thank you”

“飯店旁邊就有7-11可以買東西，整體飯店算乾淨，但似乎打掃完水也不會再另外補，然後我住的時間沒有提供免洗牙膏牙刷可能是忘記放了，飯店比較精美小巧那種，樓層都不高，我看評價說早餐好吃所以加購了早餐，確實還可以也不太貴，有現場烹飪，荷包蛋，歐姆蛋，湯麵、咖啡，酒店離21商場、蒂芬妮人妖秀、酒吧步行街、6巷酒吧，大概都車程10分鐘而已，去水上市場大概就要20多分鐘。”

“The hotel is quite new, has a Japanese vibe to it, offers tasty Japanese dishes for breakfast, the rooms are large and modern, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, Gave (in the picture) is a specially very caring, helpful and speaks great English. Kokotel is situated 10 minutes walk from Terminal 21 and around 15 minutes from the beach. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it can be a great place to stay. ”
