Every room in this modern spacious property offers views of Loch Lochy, with patio doors opening to invite the outside in. The wood burner adds a cosy atmosphere on colder days and nights. The open-plan living style of the lounge, kitchen, and dining area makes a great social space for friends or families holidaying together. With Phillips hue mood lighting and a Sonos sound system including Spotify (operated by iPad), you can set the mood for the day or an evening in. The kitchen, newly refurbished in 2023 and fitted with high-end appliances, is well-equipped and designed to cater to a full house. Downstairs you will also find a home office working space that doubles as a yoga room. There is also a WC next to the entrance hall and the utility room is located next to the kitchen. Upstairs you will find three beautifully furnished king-size bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.
Outside there is a large, decked area with corner seating, an infrared heater, and an electric awning to protect you from the elements on a windy day. The extensive decking area is perfect for relaxing and admiring the views, and an ideal place to take your yoga mat outside in the early morning and do some stretches whilst the sun rises. There are some steep stairs with a handrail leading down to the loch and your private shingle beach, a great spot for those who enjoy a cold dip in the morning. Private parking for three cars completes the outdoor space.
