“Cottage on Conrad was completely delightful. It’s about 4 miles from uptown Lexington straight down Hwy 64. A quiet rural setting but close to conveniences (Randy’s Restaurant and a Dollar General).The house is new and immaculate. Comfortable beds, cozy blankets, plenty of towels, and everything you could need. The kitchen is very well stocked. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into decorating and stocking the house. Highly recommend.”

“John is an excellent host! We had a great stay, caught a lot of small fish off the pier, but no big ones - this time! this was our dogs first vacation, and it was the perfect stay for her too... there's a fenced in yard, so she could do her thing, off leashwe'll certainly be back to stay again! ”

“The property was wonderful. The hosts were super responsive and helpful with any questions. We were in a school neighborhood and never heard an outside noise once we were inside. Space was so much bigger than pictures and the game room is a 100/10. It could easily fit 15-20 people and still have room to sleep and move around! We had 7 grown adults who were in town for the races, and we all had our own space. So much fun. Already planning to book this week for next fall ”

“We enjoyed this house very much. I grew up in Lexington and this place was 5 miles from my dad/mother. Very convenient to thier place and shopping. We had two very nice meals…steak k e night and then we fried a turkey. Went fishing and caught fish as well. We Will definitely be visiting again.”
