“The hotel is old and the switch from Best Western to Grandstay is still in process. Our room was very small, the bathroom was small, the breakfast area is tight, the tables are crowded. That said, the place is clean and staff very friendly.”

“Great location and room interior was nice. Bldg could use some clean up on the outside. Not the best impression when you pull up, looks like kind of an old apartment bldg. Fortunately the inside was nice and updated and across the street from the beach and Main Street restaurants etc. prime location.”

I agree with some of the other comments that it may look a little “rough” on the exterior, but don’t let that fool you. The inside is well maintained and clean.
