“Had a great stay at Queens Plaza Hotel. Denise and John keep a lovely place, nice comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth it in my opinion. Nicely located a few minutes tram ride from the centre of blackpool. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“It’s like stepping back in time when you visit Blackpool in many ways and although the Doric also feels a little bit like this it is also a comfortable, very clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and bar as the weather was glorious! The only fault I can give, is our room (49) was far too hot as there’s no AC or fans but other than that we had a great stay.”

“The Savoy is a mixture of good and bad. The public rooms are beautiful with a lot of original features. Our suite at first glance looked fresh and clean but on closer inspection the bathroom was quite dirty. The bath at some time was a Jacuzzi but this no longer functioned as such. The tiles on the bathroom floor were incredibly slippery - we had to lay towels over the entire floor. We would have liked bath robes to be available. However the biggest problem was the lack of food options. The...

“The reception experience was not good. It was advertised as bed and breakfast but when I got there, I was told that I had to pay extra for the breakfast and never saw anyone to cook the breakfast if I wanted one.”

“Had such a good stay here room was excellent had everything we needed the breakfast was simply fantastic. There is nothing the owners won’t do to make your stay the best it can be so helpful knowledgeable and just very down to earth nice welcoming people. I can’t recommend it enough as you will have to try it for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.”
