Nos dieron una habitación en la que estábamos en mitad de la calle. Un bajo en el se escucha los coches y las motos pasar, los borrachos vomitando de madrugada, una delicia !!. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien con lo cual es un bochorno estar ahi adentro. Entra luz exterior por todas partes y la luz artificial es blanca, feisima. Un horror de habitación y cara

El check in fue regular. En la aplicación viene que es a partir de las 2 p.m. pero al llegar nos dijeron que entre 3:30 y 4 pm que porque tenían muchos cuartos que limpiar. Teníamos dos habitaciones porque iba con familia de 5. Nos dieron en el tercer piso y nadie te ayudaba con maletas (no hay elevador) así que todas las maletas las tuvimos que cargar nosotros.

Hotel muy bien situado, aunque de difícil acceso.
La llegada es muy complicada por su situación en una zona junto al casco antiguo de Split. A la vez está bien situado a menos de 10 m del Palacio Diocleciano. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y la profesionalidad de los empleados muy alta, ayudando a todo y facilitando la estancia.

This is a very quaint hotel with updated room amenities in a rustic building very near the historic sites of Split. It is situated on a very narrow street (alley) so difficult to access by taxi. {Leave the large luggage at home!]

The property was in a good location. Short walk to Diocletian Palace, restaurants and water front. The rooms are quite small and bathrooms are a bit worn and tired. Staff is quick to respond to questions.

Enchanted hotel !
We can't wait to come back again! Everything was better than planned, the hotel's facilities far exceeded our expectations since it was our first time in Croatia, and we honestly had no idea how we were going to do it. To begin with, we had the joy of meeting “Inna” who was like an angel for us at the hotel reception and welcomed us with a big smile and a hug and with such a special and contagious energy she made us feel like family from the first moment. She went beyond the call of duty to help us by giving us recommendations for places to eat and things we should do in Split. Inna is a special being who projects very good energy and was of great help to us during our stay.

Falsely Advertised - No Bar, No Restaurant
The staff is very helpful, especially Inna who is very quick to respond, very kind, friendly and eager to help. Nonetheless, we were disappointed with the hotel and the false advertising. There in No restaurant, there is No bar, our room was tiny, our bed was Not a Queen size (it was a short, narrow double), we had to walk too far with all of our luggage because taxis cannot drive into the pedestrian zone in which this hotel is located. This is Not a four star hotel, but rather a two star hostel. The breakfast is awful (grey hot dogs, cold old fried eggs, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, bland cheese, white rolls). In summary, Inna and the staff are great, but the property is falsely advertised.

The hotel is a short walk to Old Town. The standard room is small. So, just be aware of this. Additionally, if you are similar to me in that you need a dark room to sleep, then you will have some trouble sleeping. There are green exit lights over the room door. The walls are thin between rooms on the same floor. But, otherwise a neat, little medieval type of room.

The hotel wasn’t accessible by road (well taxis would not go down the narrow streets) so depending where you were dropped off/picked up taking your luggage was a real effort. The room was nice, though not connected to the main building with reception. This would have been fine as they had security doors at the entrance of each building, but the chose to have them unlocked, which was a bit strange. You obviously have a lock on your room but anyone could gain access to the building. We were assured nothing has ever happened, and it didn’t, but it seamed odd to have additional security and not use it.

Excellent location. Friendliest staff ever!
We stayed 3 nights on our motorcycle road trip. Location is unbeatable, parking motorcycle at the front of the Hotel and walking a few blocks to city center. The girl at the front desk cannot be more nice, friendly and helpful, she is just amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff, room is sweet and you will need the AC on during summer. They had proper AC as compared to other accommodation. Easy walk to town centre. The parking is NOT on site, speak with them before you go for advice, rates vary from €15 - 45 per day. We found free parking a couple of blocks away, safe and quiet street.

Very nice boutique hotel
Really nice hotel in an 18th century building, the reception and main hotel was lovely and we received a warm welcome. Our room was in the opposite building, and felt modern even though the building is so old. Location is good not far from the town walls but in a very quiet street so the best of both worlds

L'hotel è indubbiamente molto bello peccato non poter dire la stessa cosa della pulizia. Nella stanza c'erano ragnatele e sulla parete accanto alla porta c'era un fiume di formiche! Dato che la reception era già chiusa, abbiamo chiamato i due numeri di cellulare ai quali rivolgersi durante gli orari di chiusura della reception ma senza ottenere risposta. Abbiamo inviato dei messaggi whatsup con un video delle condizioni della stanza ma sempre senza ottenere risposta. Indubbiamente il servizio non si è dimostrato all'altezza dell'immagine dell'hotel....

Average. Pleasant room but nowhere comfortable to sit. Would have been better if there had been comfortable seats on the public terrace. One window opened on to a public terrace, the second to a blank wall. Main issue was the noise from the room above. The wooden floor creaked very loudly every time someone walked on it.

Very well renovated building less than five minutes from the Split historic centre from the Roman times in a quiet area. Good full breakfast and attentive staff. Spaces for eating breakfast inside or outside. Parking if you drive, would be by the seaside walk, about seven minutes from the hotel. Near all the action, without all the noise of the very centre. There are many dining options from a minute walk from the hotel and onwards. Being a historic, renovated building, it has steps and no lift to the rooms. Beautiful boutique size hotel with personal service.
