El apartamento está ubicado al comienzo del paseo marítimo de Stobrec, en el segundo piso de un pequeño edificio. Está a solo 10 m del mar, así que, cuando estás en la terraza, ¡parece que estás en un crucero! También puede ver la playa más grande de Stobrec directamente desde la terraza. Excellent Stay

Lovely, clean & spacious apartment overlooking the bay with all the amenities we could wish for. The host is very nice and very accomodating. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing apartment with outstanding views right from the front door! Excellent location - walking distance to numerous restaurants, cafes, bars etc. Our host Blaga and family were lovely and very helpful. Would absolutely recommend this apartment!

Great stay!

Great location! Quiet location outside of Split but easily accessible by Uber or bus. Good beach, restaurants & grocery store in easy walking distance. Would definitely go back! Blaga was very helpful.

Convenience AND Relaxation

Spacious apartment with wonderful balcony overlooking water and boat harbor. Very convenient grocery, restaurants, and bars. Short walk to rent kayaks. Easy Uber to Diocletian’s Palace and other city center spots. Lovely meeting host Blaga and her family. Perfect vacation spot!

Stay at the sunny appartment

We stayed with friends for 1 weeks to enjoy the Split area and Dubrovnik area . The appartement was very nice and pleasant ; everything was perfect and super clean . Beds were very comfortable ! Kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking tools ! Pleasant appartment for sure that I would recommend to anybody without hesitation . Thanks + Marc

Lovely apartment with beautiful views. Handy supermarket. Found balcony furniture a little uncomfortable. Would have preferred a shower glass screen rather than a curtain. Should perhaps mention steps down to promenade in case anyone has mobility problems

An amazing view

The property was better than listed. The view was amazing!!! Enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio was perfect. The host was prompt and attentive. The market below was perfect fir coffee and wine. The fast food place down the road was a nice change from restaurants that begin to taste alike. I recommend this place. I loved the location. Close to Split but not too close. Thank you!!

Apartment superb, Stobrec delightful.

This apartment occupies a central spot in Stobrec overlooking the sea, with shingle beaches to the left, the harbour to the right, and sea views over to Brac. The apartment is beautifully furnished and immensely comfortable. Both bedrooms have larger double beds.The kitchen has everything needed and the china, glassware and cutlery delightful, no mismatched odds and ends, which is often the case in holiday rentals. There is ample storage and the full bathroom and separate toilet and bidet work very well. The large balcony has comfortable seating and plenty of room for drying wet swimsuits and towels. There is a short parade of shop below the apartment, and a second supermarket, two butchers and a local bakery along the road. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming with a ready smile, excellent English and an appreciation of our mangled attempts at their language. Blaga is proud of, a clearly loves, her apartment and everything is spotlessly clean, very tidy and well organised. After a brief excursion into Split by local bus, we spent a full week at Stobrec, watching people, the sunsets, the changing views, swimming off the beach and enjoying the low key but excellent local restaurants and bars. We hope we can enjoy Blaga’s hospitality again next year, as we have discovered that we do like beach life when it is this civilised!

Unbezahlbare Aussicht - es war ein Traum!

Wir durften 12 wundervolle Tage in Stobreć verbringen. Bereits bei der Ankunft und der damit verbundenen herzlichen Begrüßung, haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und unser Auto war gut untergebracht in der Tiefgarage. Einen Supermarkt, einen Metzger & eine Apotheke gab es direkt im Gebäudekomplex, eine Bäckerei und ein Gemüsehändler sind rund 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Alles in allem perfekt für Selbstversorger und auch als Startpunkt für viele fantastische Ausflüge. Zum Glück war die grandiose Aussicht vom Balkon inklusive, denn die war jeden Tag einfach unbezahlbar. Wir können dieses Domizil nur wärmstens empfehlen. Corina & Petar P., München

Home Away from Home

This was the perfect place to stay! Blaga was a fabulous hostess and the apartment was exactly what we expected! We loved that everything that we needed was in the apartment and what a great view! Stobrec was a great place and only 12 minutes to the ferry’s in Split. We have told all of our friends that they need to go to Croatia and if they go to Split we have the perfect place for them to stay at! Hvala

Très belles vacances chez Blaga

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le très bel appartement deBlaga, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, des levers et couchers de soleil merveilleux La literie est grande et très confortable. L'appartement est très très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement l'appartement de Blaga. Tous les commerces sont en bas, boucherie, supermarché, boulanger, fruit légumes poisson. Nous recommandons aux visiteurs chez Solar (7 mn à pied) pour la baignade et coucher de soleil. Patricia

Perfect in every aspect

My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment End of March/ beginning of April. This was a perfect stay - there is nothing to complain about. It started with perfect communication prior to arriving - Blaga is very responsive! As we work remotly it was very important to us that the internet connection is stable - Blaga was kind enough to immediatly check on it and perform a speedtest. Never ever did we have problems with the connection. It was very clean, the apartment is fully equipped and furnished (e.g. kitchen, bathroom incl washing machine). Directly located at the beach, supermarket and pharmacy a few steps away, also nice cafés and restaurants. I would highly recommend to stay there and would go back anytime.

Large 2-bedroom apartment South of Split

We stayed at this apartment in late September/early October. The apartment features a large living room and kitchen area, a large balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second (separate) toilet. It was our home base for visits to the center of Split, hikes in the area, and day trips to Brela and other towns in the area.

Beautiful view

We had a great time staying here. Stobreč is cute and there are some nice restaurants and things but it is also close to a couple bigger cities. It was a great place to stay. We were happy to have a garage so we didn’t have to park on the street or worry about the rental. We took Uber a few times and it was reasonable (especially compared with paying for parking all day). Made good use of the market on the first floor which was nice. And there is a beach just steps away. Overall it was a great choice. Highly recommend!

wonderful apartment

A wonderful apartment that makes you feel at home. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, enough dishes and cutlery (not counted for only four people), dishwasher detergent, washing machine powder, salt, pepper, coffee, tea - all available. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much! Thanks to Blaga for the nice reception and the nice and always fast communication.

Perfect for a Split visit!

We wanted to visit Split but stay away from the touristy hustle and bustle. This property was perfect! 20 minute drive to the city. Bright, spotless, modern, roomy apartment...with a gorgeous view of the water & Marina. Private garage access...Grocery & ATM in the building! Our host Blaga was attentive to our every need and most helpful with tips. A wonderful experience!
