I booked this hotel because they offered a continental breakfast and a pool. Upon arrival we realized that the pool was covered and not available for use. The room was fairly small even for a double bed, and there was a large gap under the front door to the outside. Breakfast was a joke! Cereal containers were empty, oatmeal had nothing to go with it. The only this worth eating was a cup of yogurt. We had 4 kids to feed and ended up going to a dinner.

door broken on first room. second room no heat. third room took a full day to heat up because they turned off all heat when people are not there. had to sleep fully clothed in a coat. They did not plow the parking lot very well at all. said the maint man was on vacation. so hire a firm. what was the excuse for the rest of the month long stay? very poor unsatisfactory. If I had money I could have afforded to go somewhere else but I planned for a month stay. do not recommend this hotel.

Won’t stay here again.

The WiFi never worked. I called each day and got a different answer. While they are working that out they should remove that from their advertisements. They didn’t even clean the rooms on the second day. And the ice machines were all down. We cut out trip short by a day because I had work obligations I was unable to meet with the lack of working WiFi and was tired of using my cell phone for a hot spot.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!

Ok so we are in a situation and are between houses,so we needed something for my 2 kids husband and 1,to make a long story short, the assistant manager needs to really learn how to treat people and not do dope on the job 2nd learn that judging someone by the color of their skin wont get u anywhere but in trouble..NEVER STAY HERE THEY SUCK!!!!!!

Hotel wasn’t very clean, had to ask for different pillow cases. High risk location. Staff was friendly, however I did get double charged at different amounts, but they were quick to fix when brought to their attention.

Had to ask for new room after checking in as first room didn't have a functioning heating unit. Second room was still drafty as the door to the room had no weather stripping and had visible gaps between sides and bottom. One of the towels had someone's hair on it and there was a dirty towel still hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Tub had no stopper. Blow dryer didn't work, but was able to get replacement from staff. Right near hospital so sirens were sounding all night. Staff was very friendly though and apologetic about non-functional stuff.

In all the days I spent there my room was NEVER cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was toast/bagels an coffee. But by 8:00 everything was gone. The hallways were always dirty and it looks like many reside there for long periods of time. Not a good place for families or single females.

I read the other reviews before booking here. You cannot expect a 5 star hotel for the price you getting, but it was a really good deal. The room was clean, bathrooms clean and with extra toilet paper a towels, and the breakfast could be better (like include some hot sauce or ketchup). The downside was the internet was slow, but it was really close by the event I went too for a really affordable price. The staff members were helpful and professional. I will be back to the same hotel for my future events on the area.

Try Dick's Burgers. Lots of food choices nearby.The room was newly remodeled and all of the furnishings were quite cozy.

Could be a little cleaner - vacuum in the corners and behind dressers. Doors should be sealed - let in too much light and cold air. Good location - 15 minute walk to downtown.

the bathroom was dirty had hair along the floor boards, The room that I stayed in had a window next to the hallway and there wasn't any curtin on the window so the light came into the room all night. The first two days the internet wasn't working

The staff was amazing! Bent over backwards to help you and was cheerful about it. The maid service would leave cute little notes in your room and it would brighten our day.

For the price, the hotel was OK.. nothing special, but the folks were quite friendly. The big issue is that the internet was barely working, and this is really unacceptable. As well, visitors should be told that there are two ways to walk downtown from the hotel and since the hotel is on the "other" side of the railroad tracks, both routes involve an underpass. The Washington Street walk is fine, but the other route is quite threatening and I would not recommend people go that way!

Housekeeping left the lamp unplugged after she used that outlet for her vacuum cleaner but the worst was just outside our door an open garbage bin liner sack was just sitting there. Also there was a dirty towel outside a nearby room left on the walkway. Recent rrenovations are a real improvement but housekeeping needs to care for details. No wash cloths in the room either. We've been there three times; won't go back.
