This listing charged extra fees through a third-party company that myself and Vrbo were not aware of. Sent new rules a few hours before check in, the one that caused the cancellation was not being able to open the windows, I have an asthmatic health issue, so not being able to open the windows for two weeks would’ve been unacceptable. This person never refunded the money, but Vrbo refunded their fee. My bank is disputing this. This reservation was canceled. How are we able to leave reviews? There is something very wrong here.
