Great Trip

Celebrating a friend's birthday so location was great for us. Unit was what was advertised, and provided everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great trip!

Visiting Daughter and her family - from Wisconsin

The modern homes were very clean and extremely functional. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The on-street parking (free in the Perry district) was quite convenient. The dining, brewery, and shops are at the doorstep. Very nice and scenic neighborhood. Added Bonus: the Thursday farmers market across the road in the public park is great over the warm months.

Great little place

We took our pups with us, they let us check in earlier than regulars time and that helped us so much. Clean great tiny house. I would stay there again!

These micro apartments were the perfect stay for my time in Spokane! Was within walking distance from several local restaurants, nice dog parks nearby and the owners were super kind! The layout, interior, and overall cleanliness of the micro apartments was stellar. If you're looking for a place to stay in Spokane for a few days I highly recommend!

A hidden gem!

What a hidden gem! Blockhouse is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a quick stay in a lovely part of Spokane! I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is quiet, safe and near a lot of great restaurants. The property has dog accommodations and is super cute, modern and sustainable looking. The rooms make the most of the space you have! I couldn’t believe how comfortable the Murphy bed actually was. I was fully prepared for a rough night of sleep but it was so peaceful! Great amenities. Lastly, the customer service was astounding. I had accidentally booked the wrong weekend and our host responded to me within minutes saying she found me a place for my intended dates (just 2 days away). She was so kind when she could have easily taken my money. For that reason I will be back here again and again! Thank you Blockhouse!!

This unit was wonderfully easy to access, and we loved the seamless check-in process. The room was clean and well-stocked with amenities ranging from coffee to cutlery to laundry detergent. I'd be happy to stay again. My only points of feedback would be regarding the minimal communication at time of reservation (would've been nice to have received a personal welcome from someone without having to reach out), and the very noisy showerhead (although the water was hot, and the pressure was good). The primary reasons I chose this property both lived up to expectations: the style and the location. South Perry District is truly a special neighborhood in Spokane, and I look forward to spending more time there in the future.

Excellent!

The whole experience surrounding our stay was incredible! Upon booking the agency was quick to respond and answer all the questions we had. The Blockhouse community is very well maintained/manicured. Each unit was peaceful and private; you can’t beat waking up to the sounds of rain and the aesthetics of the place in the fall. The location was great as well. There’s a delightful little coffee shop, pub, bar etc all within walking distance, but also close to the main thoroughfare. PS- this is one of the only places we could find that does not have a weight limit in place for dogs. We loved our stay & know you will too! (:

So excited but so disappointed

We were soo excited to stay at this property especially after booking we immediately received a cute marketing video. That is where the communication stopped. I messaged the day before, the morning of, 1 hour before check and lastly 1.5 hours after checking with no response from blockhouse. We had to call VRBO. That ruined the experience for me! The area still needs time to develop. Not worth the price and with the customer service I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
