A lovely apartment and super comfy bed! My only complaint is that when we arrived, the main entrance code did not work nor did the code we were given work for the elevator. Fortunately the help line to call was very helpful and we got new codes for both. This happened to us twice at another VRBO property we stayed in and it’s frustrating, but all was solved.

Cleanliness throughout. Owner communicated everything I needed before we arrived so I never felt the need to reach out to them. It was just perfect for the four of us for the weekend.

Stay Again and bring a fan

Nice and clean. Loved the contact-less check-in. I’d stay again. Parking isn’t ideal but manageable. We parked on the street and had to put money into the meter before 8 am. If you were staying longer than a few days it would be nice if the property manager could make arrangements. Bring a noise cancellation device as you can hear all street noise including conversations

Great for Zag families

Super clean and very well located for Gonzaga families. The only tough part is finding parking - the parking meters make it very difficult. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay - very comfortable beds with lots of pillows. lovely bathroom and colorful artwork on the walls in the apartment and in the hallways around the apartment.

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, buuuttt SO LOUD

The check in process was seamless. The location is great within walking distance to the Riverfront location, shopping, restaurants, and unique shops. The apartment was beautiful, clean and modern. I would have rated this property a 5 star for sure with one BIG exception. It was SO loud (insert all of the exclamation points)….to the point where I thought for sure a window was open. I checked multiple times to see if that was the case and it was not. Now I realize this is a downtown location and I was expecting a bit of noise throughout the night but it was ALL night. I maybe got 1-2 hours of sleep. From the racing of cars right outside the window to people yelling and carrying on, it was stressful to say the least, especially with my 8 year old daughter. I know this is out of control of the owners and I do commend them for the wonderful setup. But I would NOT rent this property again, because I know I wouldn’t get a wink of sleep. Especially with kids, uff.

Super clean great location

Traffic noise was loud till about 2am but the rest was great!!! Noise didn’t bother us too bad. Clean, safe, great location to all of downtown and park. Nice air conditioning in 102 heat was a blessing!

Fresh and clean!

Staying here was seamless and easy. Joe with Riverfront Apartments was super-helpful when I needed assistance. The apartment is airy, inviting, freshly-renovated and so clean! My kids loved it and wanted to move in. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and to my delight the in-unit washer and dryer were really solid — newer Bosch brand that truly washed our laundry better than anything you expect on the road! Great walking distance to Riverfront Park and lots of restaurants. We hope to stay again.

Family Stay

Great spot. Close to Go saga University. Our daughter will be playing for the Volleyball Team. We will definitely be back to stay here. Right in the heart of town. Shops, restaurants and Riverfront Prk right nearby. Great location.
