“Great walking access to the beach, only couple of blocks away. Vehicle access to property is best if compact vehicles only. It is true, parking for two, but…if two vehicles, turning around to get back out is somewhat challenging. I submitted a few suggestions to help improve stay for next visitors, but we definitely enjoyed this small two bedroom, two bath property. Nothing fancy, I would visit again for sure!”

“We enjoyed staying in this little 2 bedroom beach house! Close to the beach and restaurants with only a 5-8 min drive! It was clean and neat. It is very close to a busy road so you do hear some road noise. The only things that may need work is the dishwasher needs a good scrub inside and the master tub/shower sprays at you when filling up and doesn’t plug well to fill the tub for a small child. “We recently stayed at this home on St. Simons and overall had a good experience, mostly due to the great location. It's close to everything, and the neighborhood is lovely. The house itself definitely has good bones but could use some updates. It has a bit of a shabby feel, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time.A few things to note: the downstairs AC doesn’t work very well.
