“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

“Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. ”

“Cute house”

“Wonderful place and very dog friendly. I highly recommend this for a family with kids. The living room has been converted as a terrific game room, and the family room offers lots of seating and a big TV. Several bedrooms on this level too. The sofas were a bit worn, but if you have kids and pets you might not mind. Upstairs the spacious main bedroom has an adjacent room with a bed for the younger kids who you may not want separated from you.The water/marsh view wasn't what we had hoped for, but...

“The town home was in a great location for the Brunswick golf course. It was a very comfortable stay. And Mistiy is very responsive in any of your needs. We would book again next time we have a tournament in Brunswick.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised but we had to wipe down surfaces when we arrived that had not been cleaned. Overall we were very happy with the home and our stay and will definitely be staying again.”

“Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

“Location is 100% on point. We couldn't ask for a better location. The unit is spacious and the beds were comfortable. One parking spot with some parking for visitors. Walking distance to downtown and public beach areas.”

“This is a very nice property in an excellent location. The house is exactly as described, and was very clean and comfortable when we arrived. The location is 5 min walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops, as well as a few more minutes to the pier area.We would certainly stay here again if we return to the area.”

“All was as described. I would however provide more bath cloths and if it’s pet friendly close in the back yard. It was a fantastic property for my wife and I along with our dog. ”

“Absolutely amazing stay! I would recommend it to any and everyone coming to Saint Simons. It was in the perfect place and the host is quick to respond! If I could I would give this 10 stars!”

“Great cottage and location. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great stay! So convenient to walk everywhere!”

“First off, the unbeatable location: This property is located about 5 minutes from the beach and within walking distance from the main street and lots of good restaurants. Secondly, the house itself is lovely with great amenities including a fenced-in yard for the pooch and laundry facilities. Last but not least, the owner/host is wonderful, attentive and kind. We (three adults and a GSD) had the best time celebrating a birthday, will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again!”
