Great house. Clean pool and comfy beds. All appliances were brand new and worked great. Brand new stainless steel grill. Close to lots of fun stuff. Does not have beach towels.

This house was clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there in adequate quantity. The highlight for me and the reason for choosing this property was the toasty warm heated pool! (with no additional charges). It was great having a very nice tv in every bedroom. All the appliances were nice and all worked. The Nespresso coffee was a nice perk! Beds were comfy and I was happy for the cozy warm comforter when a couple nights were a little chilly. This is a great place to stay!

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and the layout is very comfortable. We and our dogs appreciated the fenced in yard. The pool was lovely and having it heated was great with the first few days being cool. Everything worked in the house and the one small issue we had was addressed immediately. Great private place to stay with easy access to everything.

The host William and his associate Brianna were super hospitable and responded very fast to whatever questions I had. The house was very clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything needed to feel at home. We specifically enjoyed the heated pool and the area arround it was our favorite for a coffee, a beer and just conversation.

Pool getaway

House was as pictured, clean and well appointed. We utilized the pool as much as possible and there were clear instructions on how to use the pool heater. There is a nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee maker, and there were filters and coffee provided. The beds were much nicer than most rental home beds and we appreciated that!

Wonderful Home

This was truly an amazing home and beautiful put together! I loved the location and the easy access to main roads. My only issue would be a little better internet access as it was very spotty!

Not as expected

We saw the aerial view pictures but didn’t expect the constant road noise that could be heard inside the home. This is a high traffic corner lot with CONSTANT TRAFFIC. This was very annoying while trying to relax at the pool with the constant traffic. The home was not cleaned well and the kitchen was not well stocked(we were left with 1 trash bag for a 4 night stay and there were no large pans or sheet pans). The pool was nice but overall this home didn’t meet our expectations from the listing that we saw and the prior reviews we read. We ultimately checked out early due to lack of sleep and being able to enjoy the patio/pool.

Amazing

I would give Bill a 10 star rating but it will only allow 5*. This home is close to everything you want to see Honeymoon Island State Park; Tarpon Spring Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach all with in driving distance . We used the heck out of the pool, there were 5 retired people and plenty of room. Great communication with Bill even while he was out of the country honeymooning! I have to say we have stayed in many places in Springhill and by far this was the best!

Perfect little house convenient Weeki Wachi!

Our family had a great time at this home away from home. The house was immaculate and the pool/fenced yard was perfect. It was close to everything and minutes from Weeki Wachi. William was a perfect host with excellent communication and even allowed us to check in early. All the extra little touches in the home were just right and having smart TVs in every room was definitely a nice, convenient touch! I only gave 4-stars in the “area” feedback as we are used to country life and aren’t accustomed to street noise. A couple evenings there were several obnoxiously loud cars going by late at night blasting/booming music and revving loud exhausts. Definitely not William’s fault, but worth mentioning if you are traveling with young children as it startled my daughter out of sleep and crying ensued. Thank you William for being a great host! Your home is lovely and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommend!

Very clean, awesome place

Very cool place on the corner lot a lot of privacy very clean. The pool was very clean. Overall awesome place my kids had a blast playing in the pool after being on the boat swimming all day.

This is a great house

Are stay was great from start to finish. Check in was easy and great communication with the person over the house. House was clean and really nice. The house is in a great location close by everything you need and fun things to do. I would highly recommend this house are next trip that way we will be booking the same house.

Spring Hill FL Awesome Vacation Home Destination

Everything we wanted and even more was accommodated before we even arrived. Condiments and sugar and cream was available. And expresso machine with expresso. Air conditioner was running Jet cold during the very hot summer week during July 4th. Plenty of running hot water and the pool was just marvelous. Neighbors were great and friendly and the street was super quiet. We won't have to second guess the next time we visit on a family vacation where to stay in Spring Hill, Florida. Highly recommend. Wish we could give it a 10 but it only goes up to a 5 rating.

Clean, modern interior with pool

The house has an easy touch code entry. The place was clean and modern. The pool was nice and screened in. Other nice touches include travel size toothpaste/brushes, coffee pods, pool toys and a wine fridge. Highly recommend
