La paz y la comodidad te esperan en este espacioso baño de 4 habitaciones y 2 baños para 8 personas, ubicado en un vecindario agradable y tranquilo. Master BR. plantea cama king size, walk-in
Closet y baño propio con ducha. 2do. BR. cama queen size, 3er. BR. cama queen size, 4to. BR. Cama de tamaño completo. Armario de lino totalmente equipado para todos los huéspedes. Cuarto de lavado con lavadora / secadora, jabón, plancha y tabla. Cocina con hermosas encimeras de granito con electrodomésticos renovados: estufa, refrigerador, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, etc. Armarios y cajones con muchas ollas y sartenes, platos y utensilios. Habitación familiar: TV por cable, WIFI, teléfono y un bar para relajarse e incluso disfrutar de una botella de buen vino (en la casa). El área de comedor es espaciosa y tiene capacidad para 6-8 y conduce al patio y al área de la piscina para relajarse, comer, nadar o simplemente chapotear. Este es un hogar lejos de casa.

Short Spring Hill Stay

We came to Spring Hill for a baby shower for my Niece. Mr. James greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. House was very clean and Homey. Plenty of room and all of the necessities that we needed. Beds were super comfortable. The screened in Lanai was a plus. Would have loved to be able to use the pool but it was too cold outside. Walmart was about 8 minutes away. Definitely Will stay again.

Wonderful!!

James is the perfect host! His property is perfect and well taken care of when I say perfect that’s exactly what I mean. The house is so clean and inviting. The beds are so cozy:).The kitchen was nicely stocked The pool was great for our grandson to come over after school and hang out with us for a bit . We would definitely like to stay here again and again when we are in the area

Our stay at James’ property was awesome. From the amazing hospitality to the beautiful home, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The location was great, super close to everything! I will definitely look to rebook James’ property on my next trip to Spring Hill.

SUPER AMAZING HOME & SUPER HOST

The property exceeded our expectaions with both location, cleanliness and size. The home is very clean, nicely set up and all the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The photos do not do this home justice. James is an amazing host, very warm, welcoming and gracious. We had a very late arrival time and James was so kind and had late night snacks ready for us. Communication was also wonderful. The pool was very clean and welcoming. Do not hesitate to book this home. It was a wonderful experience.

The property is very clean and is close to everything needed. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The owner went above and beyond expectations. James met us at the house showed us everything and when leaving he even provided driving instructions back to Orlando Airport which was faster and an easier drive than MapQuest provided. The TV actually broke while we were using it one evening within 8 hours after speaking to James he purchased a new TV and installed it!! James is a great host I highly recommend this house for your vacation.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful, spacious home. Very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the location close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, and also enjoyed having a pool to relax in! James is a delightful host - great communication and very responsive.
