Five stars all the way! This quant house has literally everything and then some. Every room has a tv even the screened patio has a tv. Kayaks and SUP’s. Tons or them! Bicycles? Check…. The kitchen is fully stocked toaster oven, air fryer, margarita maker, electric flat top. The inside is great everything is brand new. The outside is even better. Huge deck screened in area. Grill. Firepit. We saw tons of manatees swimming by. The sunset it neat as it sinks down the other end of the canal. One left turn and you’re kayaking on the main river. Long story short, We can’t wait to return. And the host are great too they had little special touches waiting for us. Awesome.

The hosts are awesome. The house has everything you could possibly need including coffee and anything you might have forgotten. So terrific to use their kayaks right from the dock. Thanks for making it a six star stay for us.

Trish & Brock were amazing hosts, and helped accommodate our needs to make a very pleasant stay. Their home was very clean! And there were so many extra items available to make us feel at home. They definitely go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and then some!! We enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning by the dock, and saw manatees! My husband enjoyed kayaking to Hospital Hole, which he said was a very easy paddle. The outdoor shower was so refreshing! We didn't utilize the bikes, but there were even bikes available for us. We lucked out with perfect Florida weather, and we are looking forward to visiting again!

Our stay was amazing! We were a little concerned with staying on the water with an adventurous toddler but the extra lock on the back door helped us feel safe and comfortable. Our hosts were amazing, great attention to detail and easy to communicate if we were in need of anything, for example, where to buy bait. Honestly, the property had everything even a child booster seat and toys. Loved it! We will come back.

This was a very clean and well-furnished home. The third bedroom was small but will accommodate one adult well. We loved the outdoor space and the dock was great for our boat. Kitchen contained all needed supplies for making meals and the grill was great! The canal is convenient to the river but you will need to watch the tides if you have a larger boat. We also enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards provided. Great stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is clean and nicely stocked with things such as spices, salt, pepper, dishwasher soap, etc to get you started. The are and neighborhoood are absolutely beautiful. We love renting from Tyson !!

Our stay was pleasant. The house looks just in the photos, very comfortable and conveniently equipped with kayaks and a canoe to reach the spring. It's a great place to relax. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon.

Beautiful well kept bungalow. Anyything you need throughout and for your outdoor entertainment . Blessed to see so much wildlife right outside our door, and much more in kayaks. Hosts are absolutely the best!

This property was exactly what my family needed! We had plenty of room on the dock for our boat and jet skis. The beds were very comfortable and the laces was fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Water front with manatees!

We had a great stay. No time to play, but plenty water gear to use. Enjoyed evenings on the canal watching dusk and mornings dawn. Next time more time for play.Well outfitted kitche! Nice remodel.

Nice and cozy

This is my 1st time booking with Vrbo and the whole process was pretty easy. Our family of 6 stayed here for 2 nights.It was me, my husband and our 4 boys ages 16, 11, 6, and 1.2 nights was simply not long enough.The home was very cute, nice, and cozy. The only thing we really used the house for was to eat, sleep, and shower. So the size of the house didnt matter at all. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Inside had a griddle!!! Thats a big plus for my family!Outside- had a canoe, paddleboards, and kayaks, bikes, life vest. I didnt see a watermat.... i didnt look very hard nor did I ask for it either but if it had 1, finding it would've been a bonus for the 1 and 6yr old to play on together. The screened in part outside was extremely helpful with my 1 year old. It has a little tv outside and we brought toys from home so he was right in his element.He also couldn't open any of the doors so that was a plus!On the water, and thats where we spent most of our time.Everyone in the neighborhood was so nice and friendly my kids dont meet any strangers so it was really nice to see them interact with everyone else sitting outside as we paddled by. EVERYONE was on the lookout for manatees!!! And everyone helped everyone spot them!!! We saw manatees both days we were there.My son lost his phone and license in the water as soon as we got there. Bitter sweet moment. He enjoyed himself more without his phone.But if anyone finds it please let us know!

Weeki river fun

We stayed at the Wet Feet retreat for 4 nights the last week of March. It was amazing. The house has its quirks but it is a great little river cottage. The main river is a 5-10 minute paddle from the house and the water is very clear. We would highly recommend.

Great outdoor area

I loved being outside on the patio area. We had dinner outside, we relaxed in the screened in area and enjoyed a fire one night. We even saw manatees swimming in the canal!

Great vacation

We have stayed here several other times and have never been disappointed. It’s always clean and the beds very comfortable. Tyson responds immediately when we have questions and the location is perfect. We would definitely book again in the future.

I love vacationing in this particular neighborhood for the proximity to Roger’s park and hospital hole. The house is cozy, quiet, and clean . Would highly recommend.

Great time on the water

Very nice house on the water just off the Main Weeki Wachee river. If you love kayaking, scuba or snorkeling, and Manatees, you'll love this house. At night you can sit on the deck and enjoy the firepit as well.

Girls Trip

Three of us old friends planned our gathering and loved our stay at the Wet Feet Retreat. House was absolutely perfect. Close to everything. Had every single thing we needed - even things we didn't know we needed. Was clean and modern and very homey and comfortable. Weeki Wachee / Spring Hill is a wonderful laid back town - can't wait to return.
