“To start, Frank and Cher were amazing hosts! Very attentive to our needs and made sure everything ran smoothly. Walking distance from PSU, we were able to walk and explore the university with our new freshman. Everything was very clean. Whenever coming with the family will make sure to book again.”

“We loved the house. The location was perfect. This has to be one of the best stocked houses. There were so many plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils as well as towels. We would highly recommend this house. Thanks again for a great stay ”

“Will and Dana’s home is a perfect location if you’re visiting the State College area. Boalsburg is a cute village where there are numerous restaurants within five minutes of the house to choose from. It’s a 10 minute drive to Penn State’s campus. If I had any questions, they responded quickly. We hope to return again!”

“This property was perfect for our weekend. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything.”

“It was a beautiful setting for a get together of college friends attending a hockey tournament at Penn State. The house is well stocked with bathroom supplies and the kitchen is well equipped. I definitely would stay here again and recommend the house as a great way to be close to Penn State in a rural setting.”

“Dawn's place was perfect for college drop off. It's spacious, sparking clean and close to everything. The beds were comfy and she added lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Dawn was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. ”

“Each of the three bedrooms was set up with a queen-sized bed, and each one was clean. Entire house was clean. Two and a half bathrooms were clean and in good shape, except one toilet's handle broke when we tried to flush it. I believe this was going to happen sooner or later, and unfortunately it just happened to us. But the place was conveniently located and the host responded quickly to all questions. ”

“Beautiful remodel of an older house. We loved seeing the pictures of it from decades past! Lots of extras, like snacks, coffee, laundry supplies, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable beds and nice linens! Convenient to State College and perfect for our trip; would definitely stay again!”
