Secluded retreat close to everything

This cottage is the perfect place to escape! It is tucked back away right on the edge of the river. A great place to take in some peace and quiet with all the amenities of Fayetteville just about 10 minutes away!

4th of July Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was spotless and we loved being outside in the evenings enjoying the deck, hot tub and fire pit. We had a fabulous weekend and discovered how beautiful northwest Arkansas is! The host Shawn was very communicative and helpful.

Great Stay!

Very nice and secluded property right next to the river. Gorgeous views, and even better when relaxing in the hot tub! Very quiet area and large yard for outdoor activities. Not a far drive from food and other central locations of Fayetteville & Springdale. Would highly recommend for your stay, and we will be back in the future!

Kitchen was well stocked . Didn’t cook but everything was available. Did not use the hot tub. Very pretty setting but not close to town. The brewery and Winery were both very close.

The property is very quiet and secluded,the house is very well decorated and comfortable inside and the cleanliness was amazing!The deck is a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the wildlife! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great little get away

My husband and I stayed the weekend and went to an AR game. We had the best time and had a beautiful view staying in this home. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay only have a few wasp issues as there seemed to be a nest outside or close by, but other than that a nice getaway in a secluded area, but still close enough to get to the towns.

Peaceful getaway

Quiet, out-of-the-way location with great views. Not so far from town that you feel isolated, but far enough away to have quiet solitude. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the hot tub and fire pit were a great bonus.

Outstanding!

Looking for a quiet get away? This is the spot. Close enough to town that you can go see the sights and eat out and then come back to the house for a quite evening by the fire pit or a dip in the hot tub! I will be back!

Everyone has a different idea of what their dream home is. This is mine. Solitide. Yet close to town. Access to the lake/river. It does need curtains in the kitchen, but it was quiet and comfortable.

Perfect cabin in the woods!

This little cabin is perfect! The river view and wildlife, the furnishings and thoughtful amenities, the outdoor seating on deck and around fire pit, and even a horseshoe pit - wow! What a great little getaway located just a short drive from UArk and down the street from our favorite Sassafras Winery. We hope to stay here every trip to AR! Thank you Shawn!

Cabin

This cabin was very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. We woke up to deer in the yard. Short walk down to the river. Beautifully landscaped. Owner was very responsive throughout the booking and arrival process. We came to watch the Razorbacks play. The location was close enough to town but far enough to be peaceful. Would definitely come back for another stay.
