- Historic Gotwald Home built in 1895. Imagine yourself in the late 1800s with modern amenities and a grand piano. Spacious rooms, huge porch, off-street parking in a quiet neighborhood near downtown restaurants and the Yellow Springs bike path. Plenty to do for the entire family! Hiking/biking/kayaking with gentle waterfalls, flyfishing, and Veterans Park at your doorstep. Wittenberg University is only one block away.
Full kitchen, Formal dining room, laundry facilities, and rental bikes available. Lots of windows for natural light all day long. Oh, the porch is magnificent for hanging out.
Off street parking too!
Walking distance to Station 1 for livelihood evening entertainment and Mother Stewarts Brewery.

Family visit
This was a great place to stay while visiting family. Amazing baker and coffee shop down the street and we sat on the porch listening to music at night. A lovely place to rest!

Perfect spot for the weekend
We were there for college graduation and the convenience couldn't be beat! The owners were super easy to work with and provided all the info we needed. It was a great center point for all of us.

It was super nice and perfect
The communication with the owner was perfect he always answered when I called nothing went unresolved, it was super clean and comfortable Tim was so accommodating! The front porch was so inviting and relaxing

Trip home
Very roomy. Historical home with great food and music within walking distance. The pillars salvaged from Memorial Hall are reset on N Fountain Ave. A sight to see!

Fantastic home! Comfy and pleasant.
Stay was wonderful, we had everything we needed. Host left a kind note for us which we appreciated. Entry was easy. The only difficult part was finding how to access the parking behind the house but we figured it out (I think there are a couple of ways, but we accessed it via the winding driveway off the side street to the south of the property). Thanks for a great stay!

This is a wonderful historic home on the Wittenberg campus, near all the action. It has large living spaces with incredibly tall ceilings and a lovely front porch overlooking N. Fountain St. This is a comfortable apartment section of the house with a private entrance which is completely partitioned from the other unit within the structure. Full kitchen, well equipped. Our homecoming stay here was most enjoyable and memorable, and the main parts of campus are only a short walk away! Excellent communications from the kind hosts, who are knowledgeable about the school and were very helpful. We hope to make a return visit on a similar occasion in the future!

Short Stay
We came for a short visit to spend some time in Yellow Springs. It was in a good location for visiting everything in the area. It was nice to have parking off the street and the neighborhood was quiet. The hosts were very responsove when we had issues with the lock and internet. Understand that you are in a two family home on the lower level. There was noise from the upper level.

Perfect
My friend and I were in Springfield to attend the flea extravaganza at the fairgrounds, and Tim's house was the perfect location. The house was clean and close to everything we needed. Tim was very responsive to our texts and came over right away when the light bulb in the kitchen went out. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in Springfield.

Lovely historic home close to campus
My son was at a camp at Wittenberg for a few days so I stayed in town to work. The check-in was super easy and the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Property very clean and convenient to restaurants, campus, walking/jogging, etc. As noted in the description, this is a historic home with all of the charm and challenge that comes with it. Biggest challenge for this modern convenience girl - window units for air conditioning. I think they provide more than enough cooling for most people (but I love sleeping at about 65 degrees).
