    Enjoy a relaxed stay in a prime location close to everything Springfield/Eugene has to offer. With 4 beds and 2 bathrooms, the house is perfect for families, groups of friends, or co-workers. Our goal is to make your visit to the area the best that it can possibly be, and we look forward to hosting you at The Coffee House!

    If you need any help during your stay, we're only a message or phone call away and happy to do whatever we can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We personally manage every detail of the home and booking, so if you reach out, you'll be talking to a real person who genuinely cares and not a random support agent at a management company. Our guests are our top priority and we're here for you!

    🔐 You'll have access to the house via a smart lock so you can come and go as you please! The whole house is yours to enjoy including the living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. 1 upstairs and 1 on the main floor. There is also a large backyard, and a really nice park just a block away.

    ~ Additional Details ~
    🧼 We use only professional, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaners in the home, and all of our provided soaps are 100% vegan & cruelty free as well as being free of parabens and sulfates.

    💚 The pillows and bedding are also hypoallergenic, and are laundered with organic detergent.

This home (one half of a duplex) is completely renovated, super clean and well equipped with everything that you'd need to be comfortable for a day, a week, even a month! And equipped as it is to satisfy anyone's quality caffeine desires -- we loved it!

It was great, very cozy and comfortable beds. The hosts provide great customer service and didn’t have them blowing up my phone like how I’ve had with other hosts in the past. Overall I enjoyed it 10/10

We stayed for several days while our house was getting painted. The place is very warm and cozy. My teenagers loved the coffee bar and hot chocolate. Couch was comfy and kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Hosts were amazing to work with.

Everything was great. As advertised. Easy access. Close to town. Nice touches like the coffee and the adult basket. Nice backyard. Just good amenities overall and nice extra touches like extra bathroom supplies, extra kitchen supplies and spices and stuff. Cozy living room. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is a small townhouse in a modest neighborhood. We felt safe and although the property was small we made it work for our family of five. We were traveling with our 3 college aged daughters. The second bedroom was perfect for them. We had an issue with the electricty but the host was incredibly responsive and it was restored in about 5 minutes. The property was very clean. It had wall units for AC which kept us cool. We stayed in a previous property on this trip which was not the case--- but these units really kept the property cool! We were very comfortable. We didn't notice in the listing that it didn't have a dishwasher, but it wasn't really an issue since we only cooked breakfast. They could probably add a few more towels because there isn't a washer and dryer. We ran a bit short just because there were four women and we used two each (one for our hair) The host is very kind, they have a great manual explaining how to use everything on the property. The location was great for everything we needed to do. They also have one of the best coffee bar set-ups that I have seen. They have done a great job of decorating and making this cute and comfortable for guests. Almost zero things you need to do when checking out which is refreshing. Very well managed. We would stay again if in the area.
