Great location but overall shabby.
With the right management and effort this place could be amazing but……
Bathrooms adequate, nice towels. Floors throughout were dirty and didn’t look like they’d been cleaned for many weeks, covered in hair and dust. Looked for a hoover but wasn’t one so swept up.
Single beds in both rooms were very hard.
A nasty smell in dining area.
Kitchen utensils were lacking and the items available were rusted and in poor condition.
Sofa smelt of dogs.
Didn’t use log burner starter pack, charged £25, but Cornwall Hideaways refused any reimbursement…final straw.
Would not recommend or return.
