I didn’t receive entry instructions until the day after my rental started. The owner blamed the management company and they blamed the owner. On arrival the studio was not clean, The floor and sofa had crumbs on them, the grill pan had food scraps in it and the only tea towel had food scraps on it. The shower wouldn’t turn off on the first use so Chris, the owner had to come over to fix it. The living area was cold and a notice said ‘do not touch the heating temps’. The TV didn’t work. There was no dish soap, no toiletries in the bathroom.I requested a days refund but both parties claim the other should make the decision even though neither sent me ‘check in’ instructions until the second day of the rental.
