Known as the Home of Golf, this is the perfect destination for any keen golfer with the fantastic array of courses to enjoy including the legendary Old Course. The Fife Coastal Path is right on your doorstep leading to the town's beautiful wide, sandy beaches where, if you are lucky, you will also spot seals that are often seen basking on this pretty coastline. St Andrews is also Scotland's oldest university town where you will find an excellent range of boutique shops, quality eateries, friendly inns, museums and historical sites, including St Andrews Castle and Cathedral. If you are feeling energetic, climb the steps of the adjacent St Regulus Church tower to be rewarded with magnificent views over the town.

As you step into this stylish lodge, you'll be welcomed by a light and airy open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The lounge area provides an inviting space for relaxation, with comfortable sofas where you can unwind and enjoy in your favourite movies on the Smart TV. When the evenings turn chilly, find comfort by the warm electric fire, a perfect way to finish off a day of exploration amidst the tranquil surroundings. The well-appointed kitchen is a culinary haven, making it effortless to whip up delicious meals. The elegant dining area is an ideal spot to savour meals with loved ones while taking in the beautiful views of the open countryside. As you continue down the hallway, you'll come across the delightful main bedroom, featuring a super-king-size zip-and-link bed that can be easily made up into twin beds upon request. This room boasts a smart TV and a modern en-suite shower and WC. The second stylish bedroom also offers a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be configured as twin beds on request, and is equipped with a smart TV. Adjacent to the hallway, a beautiful bathroom awaits, featuring a freestanding bath and a spacious walk-in double shower. Additionally, there's a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, providing ample space for hanging coats and stowing outdoor footwear.

Heading outside, you will step onto the spacious patio where you will find your private hot tub to relax. Enjoy al fresco dining with a seating area and BBQ or just sit peacefully, perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. You can also walk around the fields and say hello to the resident Shetland ponies
