  • Luxurious 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, ideally located near to the Old Course, and close to the centre of town with all its shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance.
    The large apartment has been tastefully furnished, each bedroom has a different theme, with all the extras you would expect from a 4 star establishment.
    The beds in each room can be configured either as 2 singles or a super king, to suit both golfing groups and families alike.
    The kitchen boasts new modern appliances with a utility room fitted with both a washing machine and a dryer.
    The apartment benefits from private off street parking for 2 vehicles and has a large garden and a veranda for 'el freco' dinning. Guests can enjoy Sky in HD or simply relax in the sheltered garden, free fibre Wifi ensures that you are never out of touch with your world.

Great location and property. The house was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Bruce was very accommodating and helpful with advice on the area. We had a pretty big van so the off-street parking was a nice touch.

Best place to stay if you’re golfing in St.Andrews

Was perfect for a fore some of golfers. Close to the old course!! And the pub. Easy walk to places to eat and shop. We were so happy to have found these great hosts and their hidden gem.

Wonderful Apartment steps from golf

This was a wonderful apartment, recently updated, in a prime location next to The Old Course at St Andrews. The apartment was perfect for our group of 4. It was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay and the hosts Bruce and Trish were super helpful. We would definitely recommend this for groups or families both those interested in golf or a beautiful stay in the heart of town.

Perfect for golfers

Easy process, clean, comfortable, very convienent to Old Course and shopping/restaurants - can walk everywhere. Our six guy golf trip all gave it high marks. Bruce and Trish were always available, although we had zero issues.

Fantastic flat in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in St Andrews. A few highlights of the flat: location is a wedge from the R&A clubhouse, one door down from the Dunvegan; flat is comfortable with new appliances and well appointed rooms; great outdoor space out back; easy parking; responsive hosts.

April 2023 St Andrews Stay

Spent the week in St Andrews as a base for golf trip in Fife anchored by a round at the old course won on the annual lottery. Chose this property for proximity to St Andrews links and the private off street parking. The property was wonderful. There were only two of us staying, therefore they were able to configure larger beds for us which were more than comfortable. The other spaces (kitchen, bathrooms and dining/tv area) nice, clean with everything we needed. One space we didn't take advantage of was the back patio (it was early April) but couldn't definitely see this as a great space to hangout, grill and socialize in warmer months. Bruce was awesome to work with and stopped by on the first day to give us an overview and to talk golf in the area. We ended up switching up our trip due to weather in another location and it was easy to work it out a couple additional days as well as providing us some guidance on other courses. A few conveniences to emphasize would be: 1) the off street parking (not always easy to park in St. Andrews, 2) Washer, dryer (makes for easier packing) and 3) proximity to the St. Andrews. With the lottery we were provided with food coupons, therefore we ate breakfast at the Tom Morris clubhouse a few mornings which was a quick walk. This was my second trip to St. Andrews and the lodging made it just as memorable as the first

Golf vacation

Apartment was great. Very clean, comfortable and was as advertised. Location was perfect. Owners were great, check in was easy. Would certainly rent again.

Perfect Location

This turned out better than I expected. Located 50 yards to the Old Course and next to the Dunvegan, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. The back garden with grass and patio set was an added bonus that we frequently used after the pubs closed. Definitely our go-to spot for future trips.

Amazing Location and Great Accommodations

This is an amazing property. Great for a foursome or 3 couples. About a pitching wedge from the 18th green on the old course and even closer to the famous Dunvegan. Cannot say enough about the checkin and the host.

Perfect place for a stay in St. Andrews!

This property is a definite “two thumbs up”! Immaculate and well-equipped. The location is perfect, and the managers (Bruce and Trish) are the perfect hosts. If you are lucky enough to book this property when it is available...better snap it up!

This is a perfect property for three couples or a golfing foursome. The location is about a mid-iron from the first tee at The Old Course and, therefore convenient to virtually anything in downtown St Andrews. and This is an exceptional property, especially for a golfing foursome, three couples or a family. The location is about a mid-iron from the first tee at The Old Course (what could be better?!) and, therefore convenient to virtually anything in downtown St Andrews. The cleanliness, condition and appointments are excellent, only to be exceeded by the responsiveness and attention of the owners, Bruce and Trish Seago. It is clear both consider their guests’ enjoyment and satisfaction to be their priority. Across the board 5-star rating is an understatement!
