Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, three bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and all three private balconies. You'll also enjoy full access to the resort's private beach, two swimming pools—including the infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea—beautifully maintained tropical grounds, and complimentary on-site parking. Upon arrival, resort security will assist with check-in and provide access to the property.

We want your stay to be relaxing and worry-free. While we won't be on-site, we're always available through Airbnb messages before and during your stay. Our local support team is available if assistance is needed, and security is on-site to assist with arrivals and access. We respect your privacy while ensuring help is available whenever you need it.

Welcome to Paradisiac Beach Club, a peaceful gated beachfront resort in Ocho Rios. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach, two resort swimming pools—including an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea—beautiful tropical grounds, and a relaxing island atmosphere. The condo is conveniently located just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and many of Ocho Rios' most popular attractions, making it the perfect home base for both relaxation and adventure.

Perfectly located between Ocho Rios and Runaway Bay, you're just minutes from Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove, Plantation Cove, Green Grotto Caves, shopping, restaurants, and local beaches.

Having a car is convenient but not required. Taxis and private transportation are readily available, making it easy to explore Ocho Rios, Runaway Bay, Discovery Bay, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores.

Before check-in, the lead guest must complete our pre-arrival requirements, including signing a rental agreement, providing a government-issued photo ID for all adult guests (18+), and paying a refundable $100 USD security deposit. Check-in instructions will be provided after these requirements have been completed.

The condo is located within a secure, gated beachfront condominium community. Upon arrival, all guests must check in with security before accessing the property.

The maximum occupancy is four registered guests. To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to respect the community rules, observe quiet hours, and treat the home with care.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance. Approval is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
