Our backyard is a cozy, family-friendly escape designed for making memories together.
Gather around the fire pit with plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for evening chats, roasting marshmallows, and relaxing while little ones unwind after a day of adventure.

Fully fenced in yard with wood-burning fire pit (guests must bring/purchase own wood if wanting to use fire pit), propane gas grill, and outdoor dining table with seating for four. For safety, please supervise children around the fire pit and ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use. Thank you for helping keep our backyard cozy and enjoyable for everyone.

-Smart TVs: 65” TV in Living Room, and 55” TVs in Bedroom 1, and Bedroom 2.

-Outdoor security cameras in use for front, side, and back yards. These cameras are in place for the security of the property, guests, and the owners. Any tampering with, covering, or disabling of the security cameras in any way will be considered a violation of the house rules and guests will be reported and may be asked to immediately vacate the home.
-Automatic sunset to sunrise lights at all outside entrances.
-Florida is host to an abundance of wildlife, including many varieties of snakes, lizards, and insects. We strive to keep our home immaculate and employ professional pest control services. We would greatly appreciate your assistance by keeping entrance doors closed as much as possible, putting food away, and quickly disposing of all food garbage in outdoor receptacles. This will help prevent ants, roaches, lizards etc., from getting in the home.

- Indoor furniture is for indoor use only. For safety and to prevent damage from weather, please do not move indoor furniture to outdoor areas. Outdoor seating is provided for your comfort—thank you for helping us care for our home.

Tucked into one of St. Augustine’s evolving neighborhoods, our newly built home offers a fresh, modern retreat. The area is diverse and steadily growing, blending older homes with ongoing revitalization—an authentic glimpse into everyday St. Augustine beyond the historic center. For the best experience, we recommend having a vehicle, as most destinations are just a short drive away.

- Pet Policy
This property is pet friendly with the following restrictions and stipulations:
1. All pets must be approved by host prior to entering home.
2. Small dogs (under 15 pounds) only. Owner is very allergic to cats and the property is not suitable for large dogs.
3. Maximum of two pets per reservation.
4. $53 pet fee, per pet, per reservation must be paid to cover additional cleaning costs.
5. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture and beds.
6. Pet owner/guest agrees to pay for any and all property damage incurred by pet during stay.
7. Pets must not be left unattended inside the home unless pet welfare precautions are in place and agreed to by host (e.g. safely crated, etc.).
