Top notch convenience

We love Vilano Beach. We have been going there for years. The convenience from the condo to Publix, restaurants and the beach are top notch. We arrived, parked our vehicles and didn’t move them until we left. There was a lot of sand in the floors and in one bed upstairs but not that big of a deal. We added to the sand and changed the sheets and went about our day. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends.

Perfect place in Vilano

Wonderful house with plenty of room. PET FRIENDLY! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is 3 stories, no issues for us. Perfect location. Walking distance to everything in Vilano. Owners were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely book here again!

Over all good. The garage area where the beach thing's were stored was a mess, discarded bathing suits shoes . Kitchen area needs better lighting, no light over the table. Otherwise well stocked and beach access was great. Limited beach view.

Perfect location for beach and closeness to town attractions. Little difficulty getting to beach no stairs just slide down dune and climb up. Would highly recommend

Great Location with Beachy Vibe

Perfect location in the “hub” of Vilano. You can park your car and walk everywhere- beach, groceries, restaurants. It was super easy to communicate with our host and the townhouse had the total beachy vibe. Plenty of well thought out extras- kitchen supplies, towels and beach supplies. Plenty of room and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom set up!

A beautiful quiet piece of heaven

My friends and i loved staying here. It was so well stocked and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The beach was awesome and super close & having Publix close was great.

Great Getaway!

Had a great time visiting Vilano Beach and our condo was perfect! Walk to the beach, pool few steps away. Greg and Sandy were extremely helpful with information including restaurant recommendations and were easily reachable and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding/Honeymoon

My daughter rented the place out because she was getting married on the beach and then going to finish out her honeymoon there after everyone left. It was a great location, just a short straight walk (basically like she was walking down the aisle of a church) and we were at the beach. The place is extremely nice and clean. We did have a 1 1/2 yr old and there are steps so we had to figure out ways to keep him from falling down them or going up them so the only recommendation I have is maybe having two baby gates in the closet for people to use. Other than that there is nothing we can complain about. My daughter had some interaction with the owners and she said they’re some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. The condo is also close to old St. Augustine. Over all I give this place a 5 and definitely recommend staying there.,

Pet Friendly with Great Access to Vilano Beach

This location is wonderful. I was able to walk my paddle board to the beach and I did not have to cross a highway. It is great for two to three couples to stay and each would have their own bath areas. This is a clean, well managed property. We look forward to renting it in the future. You will have a great stay if you choose this location. There is tons to do in the local area.

Beautiful home right on the beach

Let me start off by saying I was not expecting to love the place. When we walked in, you couldn’t help but feel such a warm welcoming feeling. The rooms are nice and big and accommodated my family perfectly. Being able to just walk a few steps to the beach and watch the sunrise was amazing! You’re also close to all the wonderful things St. Augustine has to offer. The owners are amazing! The communication response was quick and such lovely owners. We will definitely come back!

Great for All Ages

Let me start by saying that my family is EXTREMELY particular when it comes to staying away from home. Trying to find accommodations for six adults is never an easy task. This property fit all of our needs, including accommodating my dad, who is recovering from knee surgery. Granted, there are a lot of steps, but having a bedroom on the ground level made the trip easier for him. Check-in and check out was incredibly easy, and Greg was easy to contact throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay at their property again!

Great choice! Rent alone or combine with next door for 6 bed/7 bath combo.

Fantastic location on Vilano Beach, just across the street from Publix and many restaurants. Condo is three floors. Top floor has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Main floor has living room, kitchen, and half-bath. Ground floor has a one-car garage, plus one large bedroom with kitchenette and full bathroom, privately accessed through the garage. Top and main floors have outside balconies and the ground floor has a private fenced area off the bedroom with an outside shower. The condo is very well accessorized -- we found everything we looked for. There are retractable baby gates on the stairs which were so handy. The furniture is comfortable and the decor welcoming. The beach is gorgeous. The pool is directly next to this unit, which made it very accessible but not intrusive by the design. The neighborhood is walkable. We had a wonderful time. We rented both Unit 1 and Unit 2 for a large family gathering. Both units were immaculate. We were tired and couldn't figure out the locks (the locks were working perfectly, but we were not) and the owners were immediately responsive and helpful and kind.
