Great location

If you are looking for a quiet getaway and a great, easy beach access location, this is it! Many easy walking distance places to eat, perfect size for a couple looking for a quick getaway. No major frills, but we weren’t in the space that much so it was just what we needed at an affordable rate.

This unit smelled very musty, like maybe it flooded before. Comforter smelled very musty. No private out door space.

Wonderful Location

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was beautiful and there were several places to eat within walking distance. The property was nice, but we couldn't find an outside shower. There seemed to be only one other unit rented for most of our stay so it was quiet. On the last day some people did arrive above us and we could hear them walking around.

Great location!

All in all our stay was great! You cannot beat this location for access to the beach (boardwalk at the end of the street), walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream shop, beach shop. Grocery store and pharmacy down the street. The listing description could be much better with some simple changes. The access to the washer/dryer was never found by us. When I looked at the property details after getting home we realized where it was but it wasn't labeled or marked so we had no idea. No dishwasher and no outdoor shower (unless you consider a broken 4 foot hose a shower??). Was told prior to our stay there was no hair dryer or beach towels but there were some there. To me a hair dryer should be considered a staple. We prefer VRBO's where the actual owner/person is the Host since those tend to be much more user friendly and accurate with a lot more amenities to make the stay as comfortable and easy as possible. This was a typical listing/stay run by a Company. They just don't have as much heart in the property as an individual owner does.

Great Location!

Location is perfect! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance including coffee shops and ice cream parlors. Easy walk to the beach with newer boardwalk over the dunes. Nice fenced yard for our dog also. Bed is comfortable and the room was very clean when we checked in.

Our Stay in St. augustine

We were impressed with the look and feel of the property. for an efficiency, it was well laid out and spacious. The only inaccuracy on the listing was that the unit does not have a dishwasher. No big deal, but apparently the unit was recently remodeled.

WE VERY MUCH ENJOYED STAYING IN ST. AUGUSTINE BEACH. VERY CON VIENT TO THE BEACH AND MANY GOOD RESTURANTS. ENJOYED OUR VISIT TO OLD TOWN, SHOPS AND ATTRACTIONS. WOULD RECOMMEND ST. AUGUSTINE VISIT IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN THERE!

Great little place

We really enjoyed our stay there. Easy directions from the company and the place was convenient to the beach and restaurants. Very pleased this company. The only complaint is other people renting around us. Very inconsiderate with making noises and parking.

2023 St Augustine Trip

This is not the first time we stayed at the residence, so that alone tells you our opinion of the property. Just a few houses down from the beach, a very short walk. Perfect for a two person stay, has a kitchen where breakfast can be cooked, a full refrigerator. It is the main part of town walking distance to basically every restraunt. Just 10 mins from the St Augustine historic district and Uber is typically only around 10 bucks which is the price of parking downtown. The property was clean, has a fenced backyard, and everything you need for trip to the beach.

Spontaneous Beach Vacation

Property is nice , very clean , parking is easy and convenient. Beach is a short walk down 3rd St. Close to downtown. My only complaint is not receiving the code to get in the door until we were an hour away. Property host kept insisting someone else had already sent it to us , they had not... so that was a bit stressful , I think he could have just sent it instead of the back and forth e-mails only for him to have to send it to us anyway ( apparently there was an internal mis-communication on their side) that should not have been my problem .

25th Anniversary Trip

This property was PERFECT! Quick walk ( and I mean quick) to the beach. It was in a perfect location on a quiet street. Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants! We will definitely be back and bring the family!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Marty is a great host and responded in a timely manner. It is perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Most importantly we were able to bring our dog to the beach! We will definitely rebook!
