Perfect for larger family

We stayed here with our teenager and adult children. Everyone had plenty of space and was comfortable. The house was very clean and well equipped. Great use of space for gathering. Host was communicative and easy to deal with. Beds were comfortable. While conveniently located, the neighborhood is a mix of nice and not so nice, but we felt safe there. We would definitely stay again.

Great Home, well furnished, wonderful for a friends trip

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful layout and impeccable design. The house is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and stylish decor that made us feel right at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own space after long days of exploring. The living areas were perfect for relaxing and socializing, whether we were watching movies or enjoying meals together. The outdoor space was equally impressive, with a lovely patio area with a grill and beach toys. The hot tub is a nice amenity but unusable in the summer time due to heat. While the home was undoubtedly luxurious and well-maintained, it did have the charm of being a carefully planned investment property and vacation rental. It was clear that every detail was designed with guest comfort in mind. The location was convenient for exploring the area, although it was noticeable that this was one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood. Nonetheless, we felt safe and enjoyed the quiet surroundings during our stay. Overall, this vacation home exceeded our expectations in every way. It provided the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, making our vacation truly memorable.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home close to downtown St. Augustine. The home was clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival. The beds were super comfortable and provided us plenty of space for our group of 7. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in Saint Augustine

We were a family of six adults. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night in this beautiful home. Wish we could have enjoyed it more. The outside area was so lovely, and we just didn’t have time to sit out there and enjoy it. Would definitely recommend it, and we would absolutely stay there again

Perfect

We had a short one night stay at this perfect home. The place was spotless, it had everything we needed and was exactly what we were looking for, for our visit. It is close to Old Town, so it is easy to get to all the historic spots, great dining and everything St. Augustine. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

We met up with some lifelong friends. It was only for one night, but this home was beautiful and very clean. It was close to downtown, which was perfect for us. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Beautiful new home with amazing floor plan and close to downtown

The home was gorgeously decorated and brand new. Everything worked great and it was spotless cleaning wise. Owners were responsive and the location is perfect for downtown access. Neighborhood itself is on the rise but there are some parts of it that aren’t spectacular. Felt completely safe in the home though and walking the street in the morning. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Location to Historical Sites

Had A yearly Sisters get away and thorough enjoyed ourselves. The house has great location to all tourist areas. Quiet area and very clean. Definitely would recommend 😁
