Perfect!

We loved staying here! Everything amentity wise was great & only took a few minutes to St Augustine's attractions. Made it easy to accomplish a lot of activities & dip in the pool in-between. Would love to stay at this location again.

Would stay again!

We arrived to a clean home with everything we needed and more! The home is well equipped with household goods, a grill, and even beach towels and pool toys. The home is a nice distance from both the downtown and beach areas, both being within and easy 10-15 min drive. We really enjoyed the lovely pool area and appreciated a clean pool and deck. We did have to unexpectedly bring one of our dogs due to a last minute medical issue. I reviewed the ad and didn’t see a pet fee or prior approval needed, so I was a bit taken back by a $200 pet fee when I assume they saw my 20lb dog on property through exterior cameras. I paid the fee without complaint, but would have liked to see that info on the listing. The fenced in yard is wonderful for those bringing pets. I was not a fan of the immediate area. At times I felt uncomfortable, but never unsafe. However, the clean home and personal pool still made this home a value while traveling with a family. If we return to St. Augustine, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is beautiful and peaceful with plenty of seating area around the pool. The screened in patio was larger than expected and great in the evening without worry of mosquitos. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet which gave such a peaceful time when outside at the pool. This home is situated so close to everything we wanted to visit: the historic downtown for shopping and late night ghost tour, the beaches, and Publix is under one mile from the house. We brought our two dogs who had plenty of room to in the backyard with the lush grass to wander around while we spent time outside. We highly recommend this home for your family stay in St. Augustine. Thanks Alex and Erin for making sure we had everything we needed and quick responses to any questions we had during our stay!

Absolutely Perfect

Everything was wonderful! The house was just as pictured, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Shopping is very close by and beaches are just a short drive. Hosts Alex and Erin were quick to respond with any communications and even willing to offer recommendations. The pool was AMAZING!! Had it been up to me, I would have stayed in the pool the entire time. Lol. Thank you so much, Alex and Erin, for an amazing summer vacation!!

AMAZING!!!!

Definitely book this home absolutely amazing. Great neighborhood everything is close by. The owners made everything so wonderful, I met both next door neighbors and they were just as wonderful and kind. The house just felt like a fun family beach house. We'll definitely be coming back to St. Augistine, Florida and ofcourse back to your beautiful home. We left our sons stroller there didn’t need it after this year so I hope that helps other families. Everything was just absolutely amazing, book this home if you want a great home. Thanks again you two & thank you for opening up your beautiful home to us.

Great Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this house in St. Augustine! We loved having a pool to teach our grandson how to swim. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We liked the location being close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. We will definitely book again!

Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

Loved our stay here! We came for Mother’s Day weekend and found the home clean and comfortable. Our kids loved the pool in the backyard and we could have just hung out there for hours. It’s around the corner to basically any restaurant you could ask for, local or chain. It was easy for us to get to the beach and the historic district. We will definitely book here again for our next visit to St Augustine.

A 5-star+ experience

We had an amazing 6-week stay. From the moment we walked in the door, I felt like I had stepped into the pages of a magazine. The decor was stunning and obviously done with a great deal of attention to detail. Also, immaculately clean.The owners were very easy to deal with and extremely accommodating and responsive. Super comfortable beds and high quality linens--slept like a dream! Very quiet neighborhood yet still close to shops and restaurants, etc. Kitchen was very well equipped and the gas grill on the pool deck was great! The pool was a delight --heated as advertised and well-maintained. The huge screened porch was a bonus that we really enjoyed and spent lots of time reading and loving the fresh air! Plenty of pool towels provided and comfy seating around a beautifully landscaped deck and backyard. If you are lucky enough to be able to book this home for your vacation, don't hesitate -- you will love it!

Great place for our family vacation

We had a great stay at Alex and Erin's home. Everything was clean and working order. The neighborhood is quiet and very convenient to everything. The home presented better in person than on the pictures. The outdoor space and and the pool really made the stay great for us. The pool was heated enough to use comfortable in the colder weather. Communication with Alex was quick and easy.
