Walk or bike about 1.5 miles from this charming neighborhood to enjoy Historic Downtown, The Alligator Farm, Lightner Museum, Flagler College, Castillo de San Marcos, Saturday’s Farmers’ Market at the Amphitheater, or buy tickets ahead to big name concerts at the Amphitheater’s cozy venue. At night the Lighthouse sweeps across the sky but in the daytime you can climb to the top for a bird’s eye view of downtown and the beach. If you are aching to drop a hook, there are many fishing charters available at Conch House. At the beach pier, 3.5 miles way, there’s splash park for the kids, Wednesday’s Farmers’ Market, public parking, lots of delicious restaurants, and of course beautiful sandy beaches and even a little surf to catch. By car you can head north to Vilano Beach or south to Marineland. So much to do in this oldest city.

The downstairs has a queen-sized bed with a second full bathroom. All completely remodeled.
