The view was AWESOME! Coffee in the morning & drinks in the evening, great spot.The unit was good, clean enough, however in desperate need of updating. Everything in it was at least 40 years old; kitchen, bathrooms, furniture, etc., which in and of itself not a big deal. But the master bedroom bed was awful, so soft and the foam pad on it very awkward.A couple of things that would make this a much better experience; a high top table & chairs on the patio so you can see over the rail without ducking or stretching to get a clear view of the beach. Maybe a sail or some way to block the sun on the patio in the morning. One other pet peeve, carpet. It just feels dirty whether it is or not, and I'm not saying it was, but that's the feeling. I like to be barefoot as much as possible.
