Great location

Proximity of the property in relation to the beach can’t be beat. Kitchen was missing some needed items (baking sheet, something to boil water in), but was otherwise well-stocked. Could’ve stood to be a little cleaner, but oh well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loooved that the beach wasn’t too crowded.

Wonderful experience

My family stayed here for 9 days and loved every minute of it. The check in process, the abundance of beach equipment, the cleanliness…all of it exceeded our expectations. We have nothing negative to say! We wanted a place that was on the beach, had a view of the beach, had room to accommodate our family with space and had beach gear. This place ticked all the boxes. We highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

We rented this unit for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is good and the included amenities, specifically the beach gear, were helpful to have on site for young children. There are places to eat within walking distance, a mini golf course next door and the beach is right out the rear sliding door. With all these amenities so close, the unit is still quiet and all you can hear are the waves outside. We definitely recommend this unit.

Amazing Experience

Our family had an absolutely perfect week in St. Augustine. The condo was quaint, clean, and cozy. We spent literally every morning looking for sharks teeth and sea glass. Spent the afternoons swimming at the beach or in the pool. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the rabbits and tortoises that lived in the dunes. My kids gave them names. The garage was perfect for privacy. From the top bedroom deck, we drank coffee and watched the waves. The only thing we would recommend is wearing shoes on the boardwalk to the beach. In the morning it is cool but fiery hot in the afternoon.

Nice and relaxing

Enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the individual garages for the car. We enjoyed being able to unpack and pack our car in the privacy of the private garage especially on arrival day since it was raining. The property was clean and the view was fantastic. Would highly recommend the property and look forward to staying in the future.

Pretty close to advertisement

We were able to check-in completely remotely due to keyless entry. The furniture was slightly different than as indicated in the photos, but overall the site was wonderful. The realty group was good to work with through the pandemic and adjusted our dates as needed so we could make the trip.

Overall I loved everything about this rental unit. There was only one thing that was unclear and not mentioned in the rental information and that was do we wash towels and wash cloths used.

Ponce Landing 5

We loved the space and the view from upstairs balcony was great! The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. It was hard to get a cell signal inside. The only warning we have to others is to take your shoes with you when walking the beach. We are used to leaving them at the walkway and retrieving them after our walk on the beach. Unfortunately when doing this, my husband name brand slides were taken and my son and mine were found thrown into the dunes. No fault of the property, just a word of caution to future travelers.

Great Stay

Nicely decorated, clean and roomy unit. Great pools and beautiful beach. Surprisingly not crowded first week in June. Overall, wonderful stay. Trash disposal a little unclear on check out procedures (no dumpster on property).
