I was not able to check in due to an additional $100 damage fee that the supervisor laughed at while explaining to me that the clause was in the “fine print”. Funds were tight so I drove to the next city over to crash on my one of my family members couch. Everything was non refundable so I loss my hard earned money and a good nights sleep. Granted, I missed the clause but it shouldn’t be hidden either. Why allow me to pay for the room and give me a confirmation without requiring the deposit up front also? Seems like an industry trick.

DON’T DO IT!!! This is the first negative review that I have ever had to give on a hotel. Where do I start… The main office is in a room at the hotel. It was almost impossible getting someone from the office after my check-in. The staff are friendly and helpful when you can actually find them but good luck reaching some in office or by phone. My second day there we didn’t have power for 3 hours before it came back on. Some of the outlets didn’t work during my entire stay so we had to plug the microwave in another spot. There was dirty towels from the previous guest in the room. The staff manager promised a refund because they stay was rough but Expedia could never get in contact with them after several attempt. Expedia promised me a partial refund but never followed through. Think twice before booking on a third-party website because you probably won’t get the help you need if the stay is really bad.

I get it; it is an inexpensive stay and I should know better. I read all of the reviews when I booked but that was months ago. There was one, seemingly long term resident; that was so loud with his boombox blaring at all hours morning and night walking around the property passed your door. You hear all of the road noise; the room has nothing in it. No coffee maker, not even a box of tissue. Our feet were black from walking on the floors. There was an odd smell near the bathroom area that was so bad. The staff was pleasant and kind. The place looks like it has been updated but it isn’t like the photos online. They make it look way nicer. I wouldn’t stay again. If it’s the only thing in your budget I suppose it could be worse but I would spend a little more and stay in a nicer place.

No one was in the main office. I kept calling the number and ringing the video door bell until someone finally came. I was charged for my room twice and I am waiting on a refund. Poor management. My room was very musty smelling and I suffered with allergies the whole time I was in my room. I’ll never stay here again.

In an area with a lot of hotels that are "pet friendly" it was nice to call and hear my cat would be welcome. I cant brag about the clean quiet room enough, but to top ot off the staff was friendly and the price left me with a lot of wiggle room in my budget to get the most out of my vacation budget. Sincerely, thank you to the staff 5 stars all the way across the board.

When I first arrived to the property the office was being renovated it was very hard to find the offices new location, after I received my room keys the toilet started to over flood & the shower was clogged. They moved me into a new room which than the lock on the door was broken I could not lock my door for that night & the AC unit was broken. Worst experience ever glad it was only one night.

Don’t do it.
The worst check in experience in my life. Arrived 5 minutes after required 4pm checkin and 6 people were in front of me. Standing outside under a small overhang in the rain for 1 hour and 35 min.in cool 60 degrees rain and wind. Brrrr. At 5:40 we were finally in the room. Wife taking a shower with a cockroach in the shower.
