Bienvenido a Sunny Goodstreet! Brindar visitas locales, internacionales, parejas de adultos, solteros, visitantes relacionados con el trabajo a la ciudad más antigua de América, San Agustín, Florida. Desde una visita de una noche (2 noches obligatoria los fines de semana) o una visita de una semana.
¡La comodidad y la privacidad son primordiales!
El desayuno casero se sirve a diario en el porche privado, en la entrada de su suite, entre las 7 y las 10 a. metro. Tiempo preferido, seleccionado por el invitado.
Su inmaculada suite se compone de un sofá cama tamaño Queen con un colchón de 3 "de espuma de memoria, una cómoda doble y un armario.
Baño- Ducha doble, Sábanas, jabones caseros.
Vela encendida chimenea. (Velas solamente), uso de porche y patio jardín.
Las comodidades incluyen, secador de pelo, extintor de incendios, aire acondicionado / calefacción, ventilador de gran tamaño.

Absolutely loved my stay at this cozy bed and breakfast! The room had its own private entry, which made everything feel so comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and such a great start to the day. The place is beautifully kept, quiet, and honestly such a hidden gem.Location is also perfect — close to downtown and all the stores, but still peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend staying here if you want comfort, charm, and great hospitality!

PERFECT FOR ME

I usually stay with my children in St.Augustine but this time I was looking for a quiet place to stay. Maureen’s place was perfect. Quiet. Maureen seemed to be always there at the right time. Her breakfast was sweet and fresh. Loved the NO TV in the room. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic host in a great location

Maureen's property is in an great location for people who want to be close to downtown St. Augustine while having a little distance from the hustle and bustle.The accomodations are cozy and the breakfast is wonderful. Maureen's Irish soda bread is the star of the show. The best part of our stay was Maureen herself. She had great recommendations for what to see and what to avoid. She's a wealth of knowledge about St. Augustine history and a great storyteller. When we ran into car problems, Maureen checked in to make sure we were okay and the drove us to pick up a new car battery. We couldn't have asked for a kinder host.

Charming and quaint

Lovely spot with thoughtful personal touches everywhere. Bed is super comfortable, and the host Mauteen and her hospitality are incomparable. One evening, having left early that morning to go sightseeing, we returned late expecting the house in darkness as we had not left a light on. But instead we were welcomed back to the porch lit up by candlelight!@the lit on.

Our short stay

We had a quick trip to look at houses. The place was nice and relaxing. Maureen was a great host. The fresh fruit, warm bread and hot coffee each morning was such a treat. Great local walking trail. Great location for a short ride to the beach. Recomend the stay.

Good Location

Quite neighborhood and clean. Good proximity to beaches and St. Augustine. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy the breakfast provided each morning by the host. She was very helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions. Great hospitality.

The Perfect Stay

This was by far the best homestay experience I've ever had. Maureen is an attentive hostess who respects privacy and keeps the guest quarters immaculately clean. Incidentally, I visited during a warm Spring weekend, and the air conditioning and ceiling fan kept me perfectly cool. Maureen also makes a good cup of coffee. This will definitely be my go-to (when it's available) whenever I visit St. Augustine in future!

Loved it

The hostess was very attentive and sweet. We found her while looking for a place to stay while attending our youngest son's wedding. It was easy to find, very clean and cozy. She provided breakfast each morning. Of fruit, bread and tea. We also got to enjoy a lovely little patio room. Very nice and quiet.
