We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. It has a well stocked kitchen with welcome snacks! Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms with every amenity. We enjoyed all the games, the hot tub and the outdoor space. But the best was seeing the sunrise from the beach, literally a two minute walk away. Easy short drive to St Augustine too. Seth is a very prompt and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time. The house is beautiful. Loved the hot tub, out door area, and all the space. The house had everything we needed. The only two upgrades I can think of would be a more comfy couch in the living room and bike locks. I wanted to ride the bike down to the beach but i didn't see any locks. The house was also very clean except for some weird substance that was left in a dog bowl in the kitchen closet. Over all the house was perfect and we loved our time there.

Great house, excellent location

My friend & l spent a fantastic week at Ferrol 80. Five stars for the house (perfect layout & comfortable setting) and five stars for the location(easy walk to beautiful Vilano Beach & short, easy drive to St. Augustine). Perfect Vilano Beach getaway!

This was the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. And we have stayed in many! The house is huge, in excellent condition, and equipped with anything and everything you could want (coffee station, shampoo, snacks, towels, beach stuff, etc). Blend of indoor/outdoor living was great for our family. Quick walk to a gorgeous beach as well as grocery store and other conveniences. We rented a car and we were just a few min from historic downtown and lots of activities. Seth was communicative and friendly - an excellent host. You’d be crazy not to stay here if you’re visiting the area - we’re planning on booking again next year!

Beautiful home close to the beach

Very clean home that was perfect for our family. Quick walk to the beach and easy to get to downtown St Augustine. Close to groceries - we preordered Publix for pick up which worked great.

This listing does not disappoint!

This property is immaculate and luxurious. The pictures are accurate and the quality in person is even better. We asked the host ahead of our booking if we could have a small gender reveal (no confetti cannons, etc) and they were accommodating. The kitchen is stocked, the blankets are cozy, the towels are quality, the host is quick to answer, and even the TP was quality. 100 out of 10, would stay here again! Also....it's a GIRL! :)

Special weekend for our family

We were in town for our son’s surprise proposal. The home was perfect to share with the future in-laws. Everything was perfect! Great space for entertaining and just kicking back to relax. The location of this home was wonderful! Walking distance to the beach to capture those beautiful morning sunrises. Would definitely stay here again. Prompt response from host as well.

We came down for my son's St. Augustine wedding and stayed the whole week at this house and though I liked the pictures online, I think in person it even exceeded my expectations. It's clean, light and bright and airy, has a first floor ensuite master with large walk-in closet on one end with the other bedrooms on the other end. It definitely met all our needs. l liked being walking distance the beach and to Publix and a coffee/dessert shop, also the nearby Hyatt has a nice rooftop bar for watching the sunset. Would stay again!

Beautiful home with the nicest host!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The property owners, Seth and Gionna were great people to work with and they thought of absolutely everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable and accommodating! The house was perfect, a great space for all of us to relax and make lasting memories. All of the beds were super comfy and having 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Big spacious kitchen, huge dining room table to fit a big family, and a very comfy living room. The outside was perfect and relaxing as well. This house is located only a block from a very quiet beach which we visited almost every day and only a very short drive to St Augustine! We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Definitely a keeper!

We loved everything about In the Sun! The home was beautiful, clean, and every detail seems to be well thought out to make their guests feel at home and cozy. There was plenty of space for everyone to space out and relax in their own cozy areas either inside or out, but also all together. Directions for how to use everything in the home were clear and available throughout the home. The outside was like a bonus home, with all the seating space and little areas to enjoy either in the sunshine or under the lights. The neighborhood was quiet yet a short walk to Publix, and the little shops nearby, and the pier and the beach. It was perfect to enjoy all that St Augustine has to offer then make the short drive away from the crowd and relax for the evening at In the Sun! I almost don’t want to tell anyone about how good it was because it want to keep always have it available for myself! Great job to Seth and all that help make and keep this place great! We can’t wait to come back!

Bachelor Party In St. Aug

A group of 8 of use were in town for a wedding weekend and decided to host a one day bachelor party for the groom on the Thursday before. It's walking distance to stores as well as oldtownpartyboat(.com)'s pickup location. Seth was a super generous host, checking in days in advance to see how he could best support us and allowing us to check-in early and drop off our things. The property is immaculate; clean, spacious, and well furnished. It's sleeps 8 comfortable, but anything other than that would be a tight fit. If you're looking for fun things to do in the area; check out oldtownpartyboat .com (walking distance from the house) and theswigsta .com for private cocktail and spirit 101 tastings.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus in der Nähe vom Strand

Man fühlt sich in dem Haus sofort zu Hause, da es nicht wie ein Hotelzimmer sondern eine heimeliges Haus eingerichtet ist. Strand & Publix fussläufig zu erreichen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

An escape from home.

The first time I've had a vacation away from Miami this year and all I can say is what a privilege it was to stay at a place such as this. Being steps away from the beach and have such a nice comfortable space to hangout in was worth it.

Best house we have ever rented in Vilano

This house was by far our favorite house we have rented in St. Augustine. It was clean, modern, and has a great floor plan. We loved the outdoor area and Seth had great communication the whole time. Would recommend this 100% and plan to rent this house most definitely again! Added bonus-getting to bring out dog!

Great getaway

We had a great time staying in Vilano Beach. This house is steps from the beach, shopping and and quick car ride to historic downtownSt Augustine. The owner was very responsive and the house is not only beautiful but it was spotless. This was a short getaway weekend with my wife and she couldn’t have been happier. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

The house was extremely clean and wonderful! The location is perfect- right in between two very cool beaches and close to all the Saint Augustine tourist spots. The hosts were very responsive and flexible- and you could tell they care about their home as well as your experience. This was one of our top VRBO experiences to date!

Beautiful home away from home

This home is one of the first items I have felt like I truly was staying in a home away from home. Everything our family needed was in the house. The house is beautiful with lovely outdoor areas to relax. The location of the home is within walking distance to the beach and super quick trip to the Publix. Our family will be booking with this property owner again.
