No bad days!

The apartment is beautiful and made us feel like we were staying in a luxury resort. Great view of the bay, and minutes from historic downtown and St. Augustine Beach. No bad days here!

Great location!

We were able to easily walk over the Bridge of Lions into St. Augustine. The view out of our window was fantastic, right on the inlet. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to St. Augustine.

Sweet Spot

We had a delightful stay! The unit is clean and modern with a European flair. Communication was excellent. The owner made an excellent recommendation for dinner at the Salt Life!Only hesitation on a return visit would be the spiral staircase. They are beautiful but a bit difficult for us carting our belongings up and down. But we managed!The view is spectacular and the location is perfect being close to both downtown and the beach!

Great Stay on Dolphin Bay!

The Dolphin Bay property was incredible - beautiful layout and furnishings, quiet location on the bay, and many extras for visitors. The location is close to all of St Augustine and really gives you a sense of living on the island. Excellent communication and recommendations from the owners who are really good people. This is a can’t miss property!

Very Nice Setting

We arrived and had no problem entering property. Space was neat and clean and had all the things we needed to get us started in our stay. Owner of property was very nice and made us feel at home with his property and the amenities we had access to. We would recommend this property and plan on staying again in the future.

Beautiful place by the sea! Felt completely at home. Great to see the dolphins from the dock. Hosts were more than welcoming and had lots of advise for the area. Highly recommended!

Perfect port in a storm!

Our stay at Dolphin Bay was perfect. We arrived a couple of days before Hurricane Milton, being from the UK we had never experienced a hurricane before and didn’t know what to do, or what to expect. Alexis at itrip was extremely helpful, and Wolfgang, the owner explained that he spends a great deal of time tracking the storms and he was staying in his property. He also explained that the apartment was built to withstand a category 5 storm. We decided to stay. All the information Wolfgang provided turned out to be accurate and we came through the storm unharmed. We were even able to extend our stay when our next rental in Sarasota lost power during the storm and we were unable to stay there. Nothing was too much trouble for Wolfgang and Miki in making us feel safe and at home. The apartment is situated in a perfect waterside location, dolphin were seen everyday along with many different types of birds. Osprey were aplenty! The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our extended stay. We will most definitely look to come back here, thank you Wolfgang and Miki, and thank you to Alexis at itrip!

Amazing place

This was probably the best vrbo we have ever rented. Place was immaculate. Pool was super clean. The owner checked on us and assured us that if we needed anything to just let him know. Great location and if you don’t mind a short walk you can go through a beautiful neighborhood and walk over the bridge right into downtown st Augustine. It was amazing to have mimosas and breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins swim by in the mornings. Also just a short drive to the beaches and if you have a 4x4 you can actually drive on the beach. We will definitely try to rebook whenever we return

Perfect getaway

This apartment was perfect for a stay in St. Augustine! Location was close enough to walk to the ancient city if you wanted to avoid traffic. The view was beautiful from the balcony! The owners were very friendly!

Beautiful property located across the street from an inlet just around the corner from the ocean. Nice views. It is possible to walk into downtown St Augustine. Just a couple of blocks away from a marina with a restaurant.

Pro’s -Location -View -Cleanliness -Quiet residential area -Dolphins! -Beautiful Sunrises Con’s -Spiral staircase challenging for transporting luggage. -Pool was not heated as advertised, unable to use. -Bed was a queen, plenty of room for a king for improved comfort -Construction noise next door.

nice property

Everything was very nicely decorated & laid out. The pool area was amazing!! Unfortunately, a new property was being built right next door which prevented us from enjoying the balcony, but that was no fault of the hosts. The only thing that I feel you need to be prepared for, is the spiral staircase going up to the apartment. It was beautiful, but very scary for me (I'm claustrophobic). But the area was great, not too far from all the action but far enough to be quiet.

Beautiful 2nd floor apartment w view

Lovely neighborhood and gorgeous view of water. We watched the sunrise out the front window. We used the available bikes for a nice evening ride and firepit in the evening. Short walk to Bridge of Lions. Circular staircase to reach apartment might be a problem for some.
