Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer gepflegten schönen Außenanlage. Die Wohnung ist toll geschnitten und super aufgeteilt. So konnten Entspannung und Urlaubsgefühl sofort beginnen. Die Ausstattung war umfangreich und die Strandnähe unschlagbar.Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief kompetent und Fragen im Rahmen des Buchungsprozesses wurden schnellstens beantwortet und Probleme gelöst. Danke für einen wirklich großartigen Urlaub.

Great location

Smaller than the flat looked in the photos, but plenty big enough for us. Located almost opposite the Carlyon Hotel and close to the coastal path to Charlestown just one mile away.

Beautiful clean and tidy spacious apartment- great location, parking and lovely grounds.

Easy to find, check-in and very secure. I brought my 81 year old mum for a long weekend and the apartment was perfect with parking and local facilities. Would definitely recommend.

A great short stay

We had a lovely stay at the flat which is kitted out superbly. The location is perfect- only 3 mins walsk from the beach. Secure parking for 2 cars. Short drive from Eden Project and St. Austell. Very responsive host. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

This property is a lovely large apartment set in Carlyon Bay. Walking distance to the beach (although steep steps) and to a row of small restaurants - Edie's is great but book! The communication was great and very detailed. Would return!

Met or exceeded all expectations

Apartment located in a quiet compound with 8-10 apartments. Walking distance to beach and cliffs, very easy to reach nearby cities. Everything provided, from first day's coffee to towels to beach chairs - just have to read pre-arrival information thoroughly to know where to find everything. Would go back again.

Perfect location

Our location was perfect for our stay and most things were provided. I would have liked an iron and communication on wifi. The property could also do with some fans, as it could become very stuffy on warm days.

Great stay and holiday

Thank you very much, very nice appartment, all as described, near to beach and a short drive to supermarktes etc. All clean and all equipment there. Quiet, nice place. We had a wonderful time in Cornwall and the Carlyon Bay area. Could be booked without any restrictions. Thank you Will for the nice and quick contact and respose.

Nice flat near beach, hotel, and golf course

Communication with the host was very good. Neighbors were wonderful. The flat feels very secure with a gate and a locked access door to the stairs to the flat. As this flat is the only holiday let in the building, the neighbors were grateful the guest quality is much better with the new host. Having the hotel nearby was wonderful for afternoon teas and spa days. If you are over 6 feet, pay attention to the photos, as there are low eaves throughout. Besides the facilities listed in the description, the starter items provided were as follows: 1 J cloth 1 dish sponge A travel size bottle of washing up liquid 1 dishwasher tab 1 bin bag 2 loo rolls Salt and pepper This is a lovely, quiet flat in a very wonderful part of the world.

Great Location

This first floor apartment is in a very nice area. Bus stop is right outside to Fowey or a longer trip to Newquay. Carlyon Bay beach is a 5 min walk from the apartment. The beach is very nice and has a few eating places actually on the beach during the summer months. The fact that we could park our car in the grounds of the apartment was a huge bonus. The spacious apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As it is in a small complex for over 50’s age group, it is extremely quiet and has a charming garden. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well all week. Please note when using the shower the hot water needs to be run for a while before it is hot enough to use. The light on the bathroom cabinet was very useful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this lovely part of Cornwall.

Great appartment close to local shops and cafe. Beautiful beach just a 5 minute walk down the hill. The appartment was immaculately clean and great communication with host. Perfect staycation spot for our family of 4.

Pleasant and peaceful

Really well kept and modern apartment, incredibly comfortable and the addition of a smart TV gave us plenty of entertainment in the evening as we could use of Netflix account.
