The residence itself is quiet and peaceful, with a shared pool overlooking St Jean Bay, the Caribbean Sea, the surrounding hills, and the famous St. Barths airport. The pool area is a lovely place to spend a slow afternoon, cool off after the beach, enjoy the Caribbean sun, or simply sit back and take in the view.

One of the best things about Coconut is how easy it is to get around from here. You’ll be just a few minutes from St Jean Beach, home to some of the island’s best-known beach clubs and restaurants. Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, lunch by the sea, or a sunset drink, you won’t have far to go.

Everyday essentials are close by too. Supermarkets, grocery stores and local boulangeries are only a 3–4 minute drive away, making it easy to pick up fresh croissants and coffee in the morning, groceries for the apartment, or anything else you might need during your stay.

When you feel like heading into town, Gustavia is only a 5–7 minute drive away. Spend an afternoon wandering around the harbor, stop for lunch or dinner, browse the boutiques and luxury shops, or stay into the evening for drinks.

The apartment is ideal for 2 guests and can accommodate up to 4 using the sofa bed in the living area. For groups of four, please keep in mind that the layout offers limited privacy between the sleeping areas, so it works particularly well for small families or close friends traveling together.
