“Pretty run down. We spent a few hours there. Got at 1:30 at night. Got room with only 1 bed (4 people). They were nice and fixed the problem in 10 min. EV charger obsolete, could not plug my Tesla. Very old Tesla charger. Other charger required some network membership. Not great. Good I had enough charge to make it to the channel tunnel. But this increased our trip next day in 45'”

“Do not go to this hotel it’s not run at all well manger has no idea took the cost of my room 3 times and 2 weeks on I’m still struggling to get the money back it’s a very badly run hotel the rooms need decorating and that was the case half finished terrible”

“The staff were fantastic very helpful and lovely to talk too and the room was beyond what I was expecting, beautifully clean lovely and warm the toilets were always clean and the shower was a walk in we absolutely enjoyed I stay and hopefully will be back next year. TV reception so poor was unable to watch The room needs updating / modernising Room needs attention ....Not enough electrical points or USB....
