Two singles to make a double bed was not good. Cut finger on the metal toilet roll holder when lifting toilet seat. View of car park was poor. The breakfast was great - hense a 3 star and not a 2 for overall rating

Perfection, leagues above anywhere else in Jersey.
The staff were incredible, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was sensational, everything perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented as impressively as the view. Everything just felt genuine, from the housemade seaweed butter and sourdough to the good mornings and small talk. We can't thank the team enough.

Friendly, courteous service. Relaxing environment. Comfortable room. Modern decor. Set in beautiful location with amazing views of the sea. Watching the sunsets from the pool area are magical.

Everything was wonderful and especiallyvtje staff who were amazing. The only issue was the room was really hot - way hotter than the rest of the hotel so i suspect it was the room. We mentioned this and were offered a fan but would have appreciated being offered to change rooms

Très bien sauf l'isolation phonique des chambres
Service parfait, accueil agréable, emplacement de l'hôtel au calme avec de jolies vues. Juste extrêmement dommage de l'insuffisance d'isolement sonore entre les chambres. Nous entendions l'ensemble de la conversation de la chambre voisine, les musiques, leur réveil... Isolation phonique non à la hauteur des prestations et prix.

Hotel is in a great spot with an amazing view. Unfortunately our room was at the back overlooking the car park and a service building, a little disappointing. The room was comfortable but doesn’t have air con. Food in the restaurant is excellent as is breakfast. That staff were very nice and helpful

Excellent hotel in quiet beautiful location. Refurbished rooms were excellent, with everything you could need. Staff and service was very friendly but at times a little too much. Perfect place to relax and unwind for a few days.

Disappointing.
Very nice, but for a Small Luxury Hotel of the world it was disappointing in that there were no personal touches...eg even a glass of water at check in and nothing regarding our ' big event " stay. Bar prices were exhorbitant...captive market I suppose and the " tennis court" was covered in weeds and out of comission. We stayed at the Grand Hotel in Jersey the following night which was the complete opposire and absolutely fabulous!

Great hotel but lack of air conditioning made for very poor sleep in the sweltering heat and meant curtains had to be closed at all times! Would not recommend in the hot weather unless the hotel invests in air conditioning. For the price of the rooms, this should be included.

The perfect relaxing holiday with a style
I chose this hotel for my husband's birthday and we were very pleased with our choice. It has a magnificent view and the garden leads to the field and the bay below. We travelled with our two and a half years old daughter and she had a great time walking and discovering the nature nearby. We stayed in the garden suite and it was perfect as we could have a little walk anytime we wanted with ease. The service was impeccable too. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday with a style.

Excellent property with exceptional service. Quiet location but accessible on foot with the old railway line footpath nearby. Or a few minutes in a taxi (about £12) from the airport! Can also walk from nearby Red Houses if using the no. 15 bus (service every 15 mins) which also serves the airport and goes to St. Helier. All the buses are £2 a journey which is great! Hotel itself looks modest and modern from the outside but quite grand on the inside. Food was all very nice, though we didn't have a dinner service, however you can have food from the restaurant menu in the bar should you want a more casual meal. Breakfast hours were ideal and quick service for hot food, all made to order. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. It had everything you would expect including a fridge, safe, kettle tea/coffee etc. Ocean view room on the second floor did indeed have a great view! Staff were exceptional; attentive, helpful and polite. They always felt approachable if you had a question or wanted to arrange something. More than anything the staff would make me choose this hotel again! The hotel doesn't market itself as a spa hotel - the spa facilities are basic but as advertised. Robes and slippers are provided though (in the rooms), towels in the spa reception. Overall, an excellent hotel which I would highly recommend and hope to go again soon.

We were looking forward to our stay as it was it was a special occasion As we hold top tier status with most major hotel chains,we get upgraded most times Although the place was not too busy,they were very reluctant to upgrade a first time guest For a Small Luxury Hotels of the World this property is rather disappointing Our room was dated,with marks on walls and skirting board,bathroom with gaps between skirting board and bath,and screws holding a panel by the toilet.Very small sink,difficult to operate tap,banged my head in it while washing my face. The pricey cocktails we had were not great,and the dinner was disappointing When mentioned to the waiter that our main courses were extremely salty,nothing happened,the restaurant manager always rushing would not interact with guests When asked for reception for a basic item that a lot of hotels would place on the room it took a long while for them to understand what it was,in the end they let me know that they don’t have one in the whole hotel.The pool was looking rather sad,my wife who loves being by a nice pool would not even contemplate visiting We would not return,unless we would have too

Stay here - you won’t be disappointed
Our honeymoon here was brilliant. This is a fabulous hotel in a wonderful location. Room was spacious, comfortable & clean, with a lovely view over the pool & garden to the bay - and being west-facing, had wonderful sunsets. Service from all the staff was exceptional - nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious (fine dining, bar lunch & room service) and the wine cellar was extensive and complemented the food really well.

Great position and great views - lovely boutique hotel feel and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely but a bit confusing as cooked items were showing as being subject to a £25 charge but on checkout it was confirmed there was no charge if guests stayed on a bed and breakfast basis - that could have been clearer from the start as we missed out on ordering a cooked breakfast as we thought £25 per head was steep on top of our nightly rate. reception did acknowledge this and apologised on departure but no gesture of goodwill offered against our checkout bill which i think would have been nice

Dear Joanne. Many thanks for your review and we're sorry for the confusion regarding the breakfast charges. This was actually something we picked up on ourselves and we were working on the menu wording to clarify this during your stay. I believe the new wording was put into use on the final day of your stay.

The Atlantic never disappoints ! A luxury hotel with high standards which caters for stylish guests. Unobtrusive efficient and professional service throughout. An extremely comfortable room and excellent hotel facilities. Rooms were spotlessly clean and met every need. Memorable - for all the right reasons - dining experiences. Expensive (as a solo traveller in a double room) but worth paying for the luxury. My "home from home" on the island.

Excellent Stay
Really enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Rooms are very clean with large comfy bed and pillows. Everyday our toiletries, tea, coffee and milk were replenished along with fresh apples which was a nice touch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good, you can have cooked as well as continental, such as cereals, croissants, meats, cheese etc. We had a room on the rear of the property (119) which had been recently refurbished. The slight drawback with being at the rear of the property is that it can be a little loud in the morning and evening if you have the balcony doors open. Otherwise highly recommended.
