“Breakfast was the only disappointing aspect of the stay. It was like a mass produced IKEA dining but not as good.sausages and eggs always looked & tasted undercooked ,bacon appeared microwaved and hash browns only made an appearance on two of the six days stay”

“En la habitación no llegaba el wifi . Protestamos y tras mucho insistir nos dieron una con wifi y con calefacción estropeada. Pusimos todas las maneras y pasamos frío. El personal desagradable y poco profesional. El motel muy difícil de encontrar y nada recomendable. We had no internet connection in our romo. After much discussion we GOT a room with wifi, but the heating system was broken. After a very very cold night, we swore never to go back”

“El hotel no esta mal, pero el servicio de aseo es más que pésimo en las habitaciones, el servicio de housekeeping es terrible las camareras solo entran y estiran las cobijas, no limpian el baño no limpian el piso y la loza q sumistran no la lavan. ”

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“The construction works next door unfortunately ruined it as the noise in the morning was terrible…we did try to change rooms but it was booked out Our bad luck I suppose ”

“The room and facilities are very good. They dont take cash, which is annoying. The $33 breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bacon was overcooked and cold. The machine coffee was tiny. I ended up paying another $6 for a real one at the front counter. There is a drive in theatre next door which makes it horrible trying to get back into the carpark at night and on weekends they have markets.”

“Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it! ”

“Checking into this hotel, I had to walk my children through a bar of people drinking and staff using inappropriate language communicating with what seemed to be locals that drink there everyday. Checking into our rooms the floor was dirty and the smell in both rooms was off putting. The blankets were not covered and when removing the sheets on top of the blankets there was urine stains all over the blankets and mattresses. My son and daughter both had hair on their sheets and...
