“the idea of the rental is amazing and it is truly beautiful. It was peaceful, quiet, and we were the only ones there. Unfortunately the property didn’t seem to be cleaned in a while. There were dead cockroaches in the airbnb and in the game room. There was cobwebs all over the airbnb as well as the game room and the gym. The office area room is not actually able to be used like it displays in the photos online. Says you have access to it with the $35 a day and you do not. We wanted to play...

“The home is very quaint and suitable for extended stays. It was clean however, for a five week stay, I feel the owner should have left more cleaning products and supplies. If I didn't travel in an RV to the property, I wouldn't have had my own vacuum cleaner and supplies. Also, prior to my stay, I asked the owner if it was okay to keep our motor home in the driveway. She informed me it was, but come to find out it against Palm Bay ordinances, which resulted in a three hundred dollar storage...

“Unfortunately the pool screening was missing in roof and the pool had bugs along with outdoor seating area. One thing i look for in a rental is enclosed pool. Had to know about it as screen was no where to be seen.Washing machine does not work properly. Also something they should have known. Dont they wash the linens there.Handle on sliding door to get to pool also broken.This was my second time at this property this year and it needs some fixes. I will probably look elsewhere next trip.”
